This place is amazing. Definitely lots of great drinks and food and the service is exceptionalI love that this place is not on a extremely busy street. There's plenty of street parking with a small lot. The building itself is beautiful from inside and they have an outdoor area as well.

We ordered the pork chop & applesauce, grilled angus ribeye, brussel sprouts, baby back ribs, and "fisherman's cioppino". Food: 3-4/5 depending on dishService: 4/5Ambiance: Casual vibes with a elevated cozy ambianceValue: 3/5The best dish that we agreed as a group, was the angus ribeye, followed by the cioppino. The cioppino primarily for the flavor of the soup/sauce. However it wasn't like the ingredients were super fresh. The ribeye was cooked well, but again wasn't a steak that you would feel like this is an "amazing ribeye". The ribs were by far the least favorite. They were dry. While it was still an enjoyable meal, food was overall a miss for us. Service: friendly staff, only reason I took a star off is because they could've been more attentive with drink refills. Some slack because the restaurant was busy. The ribs did come out with the wrong side and the restaurant did give us the correct side in addition at no charge so that's good.Value: while pricing aligned to what I expected it to be, for what you are paying, I'd probably eat elsewhere. I would come back, but would try other restaurants first.

The Townhouse is just a favorite. It's a cute little tuck away with a great ambiance, selection of good food, and nice quick efficient service. The hosts and wait staff is always pleasant and helpful. The restroom is always clean and ready for use. There's a white linen environment so you can dress up or down to make the event whatever you want. When there, try the P.E.I mussels!, the Caesar salad, and wings! Enjoy!

On 12/26/24, my husband and I took our friend and her 2 kids with us to dinner at Townhouse, in Emeryville, before going to watch a movie.FOODFor appetizer, we ordered chicken wings and tunatartar.I had the pesto pasta with grilled shrimps. My husband had the fish & chips. Our friend ordered ribs and the kids ordered mac and cheese with a side of grilled chicken. As for drinks, I ordered blood orange Margarita....SERVICEOur waiter, Tina (? my apologies if this is not her (lesson learned: post same day/next or write the name ASAP). She was attentive and definitely provided excellent service. She took our group photo. Thank u!AMBIENCEThe restaurant was packed when we were there. Dim lit. It can probably be a place to have a date, My husband and I will definitely come back and recommend Townhouse for a place to dine in Walnut Creek area.

It's pretty average in my opinion. I had came here recently for a Father's Day brunch and my group was seated outside since it was a nice day. Parking is all along the street and about 7-8 spots in their parking lot, but be aware that it's one way only so you'll need to back up to leave. Townhouse has been on my future FIL's mind for years now after hearing great reviews so the family made reservations and now the mystery is no mystery. Because it was a Holiday, they had a limited menu which was fine, made it easier to choose a dish. I opted for their hash and the overall taste was okay. The toasted bread was the best since it was slightly buttered. Maybe because it was a limited menu this day, but I wasn't really impressed by the food or the service. For a good while after getting our food, our waitress disappeared when we wanted condiments and more water so we kind of picked up what we could from unoccupied tables and eventually one of us went inside to get attention. Also, house fries are really potatoes... not French fries. Just a little FYI in case your child was looking for French fries and didn't get that.

My roommate and I came here on a random Thursday night and we were seated soon after we arrived. This restaurant has its own small parking lot and there are some street parking options as well. We sat outdoors in the patio area which had overhead covering and heat lamps. I loved the patio area because it was spacious and had cute string lights. To start, my roommate and I shared the lamb chops and some roasted Brussels sprouts. The lamb chops were moist and flavorful. The Brussels sprouts were a little one dimensional and greasy. For entree I ordered the chicken rigatoni pasta with sun dried tomatoes. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the flavor of the sun dried tomatoes really came through which I liked. I also thought that the portion size was very generous. The service was inconsistent. Our first server was amazing and very attentive. However, our second server was very slow. It took ~20min to get our check after we asked for it and our waters were never refilled. Overall, this place was good but the service was a bit lack luster. I would come back to try some of their other entrees and I enjoyed the back patio area.

I've dined at Townhouse in Emeryville several times, and it's quickly become one of my favorite places for dinner. The service here is consistently amazing - the staff is attentive and welcoming, which makes each visit a pleasure. The food is absolutely delicious, and I find myself craving some of their standout dishes. My favorites are the mussels, Brussels sprouts, steak, and pasta - each dish is crafted with such great flavors and quality ingredients. Whether you're looking for a cozy night out or a special dinner spot, Townhouse never disappoints!
