The Vegan Lasagna Garden

Sadly, I think this place is completely closed. Too bad the pictures of the food look amazing.

I'm very tempted to give this 5 stars, but the cafeteria plastic to-go container was a little off putting at first. But my goodness the flavor of the mushroom lasagna was delicious. The ricotta texture they were able to get in this really added to the melty bite. The portion is also rather large. I was surprised I was able to eat the entire thing. (shut up) For a vegan offering in San Jose, this is a must try.

Ordered (takeout): truffle mushroom lasagna, spinach & tomato lasagna, vegan bolognese lasagna, mushroom lover mac & vegan, vegan fudge brownie.SO GOOD! The lasagnas here were super soft and melty! Normally, I like my lasagnas dry, chewy, and practically sauce-less, but these were still sooo good. The truffle mushroom had tons of mushrooms and was very cheesy and flavorful. Loved the veggie meats used in the vegan bolognese lasagna. The spinach and tomato was a bit drier which I liked. The mushroom lover mac and vegan had a similar flavor profile as the truffle mushroom lasagna and was therefore equally delicious. Only downer was that the vegan fudge brownie was very dense and chocolate-y which just isn't my personal preference but I'm sure chocolate-lovers would appreciate it!

Found this place on DoorDash and could have not enjoyed a late night meal more than this! My lasagna was delicious and not only that but my dessert was moist and full of flavor just like my entree. Highly recommend this place whether you're vegan or not because, I placed an order for my buddy who is anti-vegan and did NOT tell him and still enjoyed it. HA! If you don't tell people who are not for vegan foods till after the fact or not ever, they always enjoy themselves. LL!

You know to be honest, due to the prices I really want to give this place like 3.5, but since that isn't an option and the only other 1 would be to down play them, and considering they risk their lives staying open so late/early, and everything I ordered was hecka fresh, and hot I won't do them like that! Thank you lady and gentleman for staying open to satisfy my avid night owl lifestyle, and keeping everything on the 1! The chicken on the gyro could use a bit more seasoning, not too much, you gotta find balance! but that curry rice had the perfect spice!

Absolutely do not recommend this place at all! Was looking for something with vegan options open late, but the food I received was like one of those microwave TV dinners, burnt on the sides and could not even finish it. Save your time and money.

I had the mushroom truffle lasagna, the Baklava, and the falafel. I highly recommend all of them! The service is fast and the flavors are plentiful!

It was just OK. Expensive OK. Not super flavorful. I just wanted to enjoy lasagna with my family for family night. I thought it was worth the time save to get vegan lasagna rather than prepare two at home (vegan and meat). Next time I'll make mine.

Please be aware this is one store front serving meals from multiple restaurants. The vegan lasagna has amazing flavor. However, the meal was most definitely heated in a plastic container and I could taste it in my food. I was hoping this would be a regular option for me, but unfortunate I won't be returning. $25 down the drain. They should consider heating the meal in a glass container and placing it in the plastic Togo style container after.

Blown away with the flavor of the Vegan lasagnas! Highly recommend, even my non vegan friends thought thought it was tasty. Portion size was filling for one adult.
