After a show decided we wanted thai food to go. Went to yelp and this was the first choice. Ordered on the app. Food was approximately ready on time. The food is very good. We ordered Tom yum with shrimp extra hot. Wow it was full of flavor and texture and taste. Hands down a winner. Went to the Basil chicken. Very good with chicken strips not ground chicken. Full of tastes and nice size. Then went to the pad ke mou. Again great flavors and overall great. I will be coming back for more.

Food tasted ok but the menu was kind of confusing.I ordered basil sea bass. It tasted good.I was just confused by the menu, and the server wasn't too friendly and patient about explaining it.

The space is gorgeous! Very open feel and clean. We got the chive puffs recommended by the server, chicken pineapple fried rice, green curry with shrimp and pad see ew with beef. I totally forgot to ask for everything to be spicy and she didn't ask spice level either... So remember to mention the SPICE LEVEL! It's not spicy at all otherwise but they had peppers on the side you could add with everything. Chive puffs was probably my favourite. Had a coconut sauce with it too. Chicken pineapple fried rice was pretty good. Chicken was dry, it was not on a pineapple! Jk. Still pretty good despite the chicken. Green curry was meh. Pad see ew with beef was really sweet. On day 2, doused them with my spicy chilli oil at home and finished it with no problem! Idk if it's a return.

We've been to another spot in Milpitas and we had a great experience so today we decided to visit somewhere nearer.Food: overall, they taste good but the Tom Kha soup is way too salty, and we have to add some water ourselves to get it balanced. The chicken in all dishes is well cooked; very tender. We ordered medium spicy for all of the food and it's just about the hotness we want.Service: When we entered the restaurant around 8 we were told that they are closing at 9 yet the business hour on Yelp and Map is 9:30 so we were a bit surprised as there were no notice on the door even if it's a day before the holiday. (The Google Map is showing 9pm though. Hope the business owner can make sure info are aligned and updated)Ambiance: clean and nice. Casual meal or family dinner is recommended.

Ordered from here via their delivery option, was very disappointed....Food- they asked spice preferences, and even though I selected mild/no spice, they put a ton (TON!) of jalapeños peppers in practically every dish! So much, that I couldn't really eat it. The yellow chicken curry was also weird. It was fried chicken placed in a yellow curry sauce. The breading was too thick, all I could taste was the flour. The potstickers were also in a sauce that made them soggy and overly sweet. I threw away what I didn't eat, which meant I threw away a lot of food.Perhaps dining in versus delivery would make a difference, but I was super bummed about this meal.Service- NA, didn't eat there, although I guess a 1 star for not reading and taking into consideration what I requested.

Love love love that I stumbled across this place! We were looking for a takeout Thai food place on Mother's Day & found Thaibodia Bistro through yelp. We did the deal they had that was 4 entrees for $54.99... you get to choose 2 dishes that include beef or seafood at no extra cost. We chose shrimp fried rice, beef pad see ew, chicken pad Thai & bbq grilled chicken. We also got a side of mango sticky rice & Thai tea. All for around $75. You can't beat it! Entrees were a good size, there was 2 of us & we had enough for leftovers the following day. I love Thai food, as I've had many different places. I'll definitely be keeping Thaibodia Bistro in my regular rotation!

Pretty tasty Thai food. Prices seemed average compared to other Thai places in the area. I ordered thru their website and picked up in the restaurant. From the menu photos on yelp, it looks like a year ago they used to have a great deal for 3 dishes for $30 or 4 for $40 something. That definitely doesn't exist anymore. Now it was 3 for $38 on their website but it excluded curries and certain proteins so it didn't seem worth it unless you already only wanted the exact things that are part of the deal. The 4 item one was $55 or something like that but it was "sold out" on their website lol This is definitely more of a takeout place rather than dine in. When I picked up my food at 1pm on a Sunday, there wasn't a single customer there, and it was too hot in the dining area for me to be comfortable on this 90° day, so I would only go there for takeout personally. Decent portions, everything felt very heavy and will last for multiple meals. I got yellow curry with shrimp, pad see ew with beef, and white rice since the curry doesn't come with it. Total was about $44. I ordered the noodles with no spice and the curry mild, but it tasted like the opposite. Noodles were white people spicy / Thai mild and curry was white people medium / Thai no spice. Flavors were all great. Potatoes in the curry were a little undercooked and the noodles were a little overcooked, but still pretty good. I'd go back.

We got a 3 togo entree's for $39.99 deal!Eggplant Basil - 5/5 was the groups favorite very good! No seafood in it but had a seafood taste.Pad See Ew - 4/5 - quiet average but good, i personally didn't like the celery and felt like it had an interesting choice of veggies. Felt more like a chow fun from a chinese restaurant.Pad Thai - 3/5 - Too sweet and not enough sauce. It was missing like a lemon or a lime as well. It just felt like smthing was missing.Service: Worker was very friendly and communicative. He helped us out and was patient with us while we were being indecisive. Ambiance: Didn't stay to eat inside but definitely has an Asia type of feel with the tile floor and wicker seats. Seemed very clean and would enjoy eating inside.

We order to-go or pick-up so haven't dined in yet, but the food as absolutely amazing, fresh, spicy (when you want it), and authentic. Some of our favorites are the chili chicken, garlic cajun rock cod, cucumber salad, pineapple fried rice, papaya salad, and the green curry.

I've been coming here with my family & friends for 5+ years & it's always been great! Food is always quality & hot. Staff is friendly, and restaurant is clean. This is the same experience between the 2 locations I have visited in San Jose. Highly recommend!
