I got pad Thai from this food truck at VMC. Looked promising, but the presentation was really bad. The noodles are really dry but the flavor is there. I think it was premixed and had been sitting there a while in the sauce and just reheated before serving. The noodles were REALLY dry and not thin like pad Thai usually is. The peanuts provided on the side were really chunky too, usually it should be crushed smaller. Sorry, not coming back.

Decent Thai food. Got the tofu pad Thai. Decent flavor albeit a bit too sweet for me. Fried tofu were good, standard. Quick service.

Had the opportunity to try this food truck at a local festival in South San Jose around 10:30 am. No line and the lady at the register would super nice. I asked for her opinion between their Thai tea or Thai Coffee, and I went with her choice of Thai Coffee. I was pleased with the recommendation- the drink was solid, not too watered down, semi-sweet and had some earthy notes. Coffee usually upsets my stomach, but their Thai coffee was great and didn't upset my stomach. My only issue was that they got my order, but I should have checked before I left the area. I was expecting their pad Thai with chicken, but they gave me their basil chicken with fried rice. I was disappointed once I opened up my to go box, but I had to accept it. Great serving of vegetables but the ground chicken wasn't that special. Felt like I was eating LARB. I would give this place a second chance.

I should have looked at the reviews before I settled on this spot. In the future this truck is a hard pass for me, although the food is edible, sadly it's not what I'm used to in the bay area. I ordered the pad thai chicken and I'm not sure how it can be sweet and bland at the same time, but it is. The chicken was dry and the noodles were a fake orange color and the portion was pretty small for +$14. Please don't waste your money, support a local brick and mortar thai spot instead..... even as I am finishing this review, I'm contemplating going somewhere else to get another lunch.

about 15 min wait.. ordered pad thai and thai iced tea... $20 bucks. very disappointed. the noodles didn't taste like they were fully cooked., chicken was very dry and first time ever having spinach in my pad Thai... so I am very skeptical about authenticity. anyways, could use a lot of improvements in taste and quality but TBH I'd go elsewhere.

IMHOWe happily discovered Thai Thai Food Truck at the DeAnza Flea Market. There were five food trucks to choose from, and after perusing all of our choices (they all looked yummy), we opted to try Thai Thai and their Pad See Ew (chow fun), $12, and Roti w/yellow curry sauce, $7. The food is made hot and fresh to order, so you'll be waiting a little bit, but it is definitely worth the wait! Each aluminum boxed serving also comes with a delicious salad, which was a nice surprise. It was a refreshing addition. The Roti was hot and crispy, and so yummy! Yes, I will definitely choose Thai Thai again after bargain hunting at the flea market!

This food truck made a very good dish of red curry chicken ($11). I had this for lunch recently and was very pleased with the delicious food. The food was nicely spiced and filled my mouth with a great taste. If it is mealtime, and you enjoy Thai food, and you see this truck, I recommend that you eat here. I hope that this truck comes back to our office for lunch (there is an ever changing variety of trucks; this one should be on a repeating schedule!).

This truck comes to Quakes games. And as a season ticket holder, I avoid it at all costs. They can't keep up with demand. Literally you wait for over 30 min for your food. You'll miss the game and the foods not even that great. If you all can't keep up with the demand get out of the game

We had a great experience with this food truck! We hired Thai Thai for a large event (900+ people at a school Halloween festival). They were responsive and very easy to communicate with. They arrived on time and prepared delicious food.We were very happy with our experience with Thai Thai, and hope to invite them back for future events.

The worst Thai food I have ever eaten. Bought pad thai and ate 2 bites, knew that whoever made this isn't true Thai. I mean if I could give this a negative star I would. It costs me almost 20$ for pad thai and Thai tea. By all means avoid. Not worth it. I hated wasting food, but I really couldn't put it down my throat. From VMC food truck... did not finish Thai tea either. I feel bad putting a review like this, but the owner really needs to re-evaluate the food and business. I'm not recommending this to any of my coworkers. My home made pad Thai probably taste better than this and I don't even like the way I make mine. Misleading advertisement "authentic Thai food you can taste" supporting small business doesn't mean that I have to support sub-par food.
