We've been trying to visit Sweet Maple for almost 2 years now and as luck would have it, something or the other would always happen and we'd just not end up there. A couple of weeks ago, we decided that this needs to happen and we were resolute. No fights, no plans, no distractions and a toddler that was well fed and did the deed at home. We were on a mission to dine at Sweet Maple on account of all the great reviews and myself being a connosieur of Chicken & Waffles. The day had come, we were ready! We planned to have a late (I mean very late) brunch at 1:30 PM thinking the place wouldn't be busy but we were wrong. Luckily people move in and out fast so we could find parking in the lot itself. Yelp On-site Wait List is open there, you cannot reserve a table or add yourself to the list online (trust me, we tried). After about 25 min wait, it was our turn and I'll start the actual review with the Service & Ambiance, Food comes last else this review will never end!Service: It wasn't fast but its understandable because of the jam packed nature of their business. The staff was great mostly but the Front Desk lady can have a better attitude. Providing good service v/s good hospitability are two different things. She could be havin a bad day but it happened twice now.Ambiance: It looked beautiful, the furniture, the decor and the overall presentation was lovely. It could be a nice place for a date as well but its a bit crowded so you will lack intimacy there!Food: The juicy part of this review, I've been there twice in 2 weeks and if that doesn't tell you how good the food is, there's nothing I can say that will convince you otherwise. Both the times we ordered the exact same thing from the menu.1. Chicken Croffle - No words to describe this beautiful creation. Its a flaky waffle that's also a croissant. I love them individually but this form is better than both. Its so flaky and tasty, I will never go back to regular waffles again. They have it in veggie form as well, Avocado Croffle. I forgot about the chicken, how did they make it so tender? The outer crispy layer is just spicy enough to satisfy the Indian taste buds. The maple syrup gets a special shoutout, not sure how but it does feel spicy as well.2. Florentine Eggs Benedict - Its so tasty, so smooth and just a delight to enjoy on a relaxing afternoon. The hollandaise sauce is just perfect, the eggs are cooked nicely and the muffin base is so buttery and soft yet firm at the same time.3. Dirty Ube Lattle - Never thought I'd drink something like this, let alone enjoy it. They've created another masterpiece with this one, I thought the croffle was a crazy combination but this thing replicates the magic on the drinks side. Smooth coffee and the taste of that Ube jam just hits the right notes. All in all, I might go again in the next couple of weeks.

My group and I visited Sweet Maple last weekend for the first time, and overall, it was a great experience with some minor hiccups. I had been looking forward to trying their chicken and croffles, and it did not disappoint--the perfect combination of crispy, flavorful chicken and a fluffy, slightly sweet croffle. Even though it was only 10 AM, I decided to pair it with a glass of white wine, which was an interesting but enjoyable choice. Before our main dishes, we ordered the Brussels sprout appetizer, and let me just say--it was hands down the best Brussels sprouts I have ever had. Perfectly crispy, well-seasoned, and bursting with flavor. Honestly, I would come back for this dish alone. My sister ordered the ramen, which had a very unique presentation--when it arrived, the noodles looked like they were spilling out of the cup, making for a fun and Instagram-worthy dish. She also got the Ube Latte, but it wasn't sweet at all, which was unexpected since ube typically has a naturally sweet and nutty flavor. My friend ordered an egg dish, which also had a great presentation, and another friend got the same chicken and croffle as I did. Across the board, the food was visually appealing and tasted great, making for a satisfying brunch. However, the service left something to be desired. When the server came around to take our drink orders, she completely skipped me. I had to point it out, and instead of apologizing, she just stared at me, waiting for my order. It wasn't a huge deal, but it definitely felt a bit rude and put a damper on the experience. Other than that, her service was pretty average, not particularly attentive or friendly. If anything, missing my order made it below average. The pricing felt reasonable for what we got--not super cheap, but fair considering the portion sizes and quality. The ambiance was clean and comfortable, but nothing particularly memorable. I honestly don't recall much about the decor or vibe, which means it didn't stand out in any way.Would I come back? Definitely. The food was solid, and I'd love to try more of their menu. But honestly, even if I didn't, I'd still return just for those Brussels sprouts. That being said, I'd probably hope for a different server next time for a better overall experience.

The food here was delicious! I only give this 4 stars due to the wait and service. I ordered the egg plate with Millionaire's Bacon (with rosemary) and a side of avocado. My fried eggs were perfectly over easy / runny and the side of avocado was pretty generous. I loved the potatoes; I liked the medley and they were cooked perfectly crispy on the outside / soft on the inside. The extra crisp of brussel sprout in the mix was a plus for me. I can also see why this place is known for the bacon! The bacon was thick and fatty enough to add flavor but not excessive; it was a good chunk of meat! I loved the balance of the salt and the sweet with rosemary (the syrup or honey was not overwhelming), and definitely want to come back and try the other bacon flavors. The only difficult part of my experience was the wait and the service. When I checked in, the waitlist said 8-18 minutes but it ended up being 30. Once I got seated, I was waiting for over 10 minutes for staff to come check on me or bring water; I had to flag someone down, and that person had to grab my waiter! However, once I was helped, my waiter was attentive and quick. I understand this is a popular, busy spot so I think the additional wait times is just part of the gig and something to account for when planning a visit.

In Cupertino, should you want a good breakfast place! You must try this spot! I've tried the original SF location and then Palo Alto, who care both must go to spots. The name says it all, sweet maple! They have the mist try millionaire bacon! I opted for the sample so you can a little bit of each! I opened for the egg soufflé dish, which I enjoy breakfast dishes and eggs/bacon! The flavours a delicious and best bacon around! The ambiance is great, very modern yet French country style. Perfect for breakfast or brunch! Service was good and were attended to. Parking is a lot, which fills up if busy.

Came here for brunch and I must say I was surprised. The food tasted good just needed a bit more seasoning. It was a bit of a wait to get a table. But once seated we were to get our order quick. Though parking is difficult especially on prime time inside is quite spacious and airy.

I can never turn down a good brunch! I've been to their Palo Alto location but it was my first time at this one. Parking here can be sparse the busier it gets. Luckily we came on a weekday and were able to find parking and get seated quickly. Parking was filled when we were leaving though. Lots of good options from savory to sweet. The waffles are always delicious. Tried the loco moco and the portions were generous. I think the quality holds up between both locations. And I had to order the bacon flight since it was most of my groups first time. It is on the pricier side but it really hits the brunch itch!

I'm so glad we couldn't get into Bloom this weekend because it led us to discover Sweet Maple--and honestly, I might have just found my new favorite brunch spot! The food was absolutely amazing. We put our name down and got called in about eight minutes, which was super quick. As soon as we were seated, our server greeted us right away. She was so sweet, answered all my questions, and even helped me adjust a dish without any issue. Of course, we had to try the bacon, and it did not disappoint! I love sweet bacon, and I'd definitely come back just for that. We also ordered the crispy Brussels sprouts with millionaire bacon, the tornado galbi omurice, and the chicken croffle--everything was *so* good. The flavors were incredible, and I already know I'll be back for more. On top of that, the atmosphere was great, the service was warm and welcoming, and the drinks were just as enjoyable as the food. The only downside is the parking--it can be tricky depending on when you go. We had to circle around a few times before finding a spot. But honestly, the food was so worth it!

Holy Mother of Batman S***, man!In an insane attempt to go to Brunch in the Bay Area on a weekend AFTER 0900, we failed again and again.Lemme tell ya, that Peyote is one helluva Peyote.Anyway, I have the about as much patience for waiting for food as a small rodent has attention span. So yeah, if there's a line, it's almost an immediate "NEIN!! NEIN NEIN NEIN!!" Yeah, there was a line :-\ But the wait was short, so we weren't trippin'. But boi-o-boi am I glad that we did wait the whomping 5 minutes! Place was dope and we the food was delicious! Well, what I got was - I'm not crazy about Loco Moco, and I dunno why people order it! But get the waffles! I got them as a second dish, cuz I am a big big boi and I love eating copious amounts of food cuz ya boi is tryna get huge, mmmm KAY?!Yeah hell yeah!!

Sweet Maple is one of my favorite breakfast/ brunch locations to eat! I personally love their hot Ube latte w/oat milk and their chicken and croffle. I've never knew about croffles either lol..Some of my other favorites are breakfast potatoes yum! I personally don't eat bacon but my family says it's so good and that's one main thing that they're known for is their millionaire bacon. This place does get busy especially on weekends so either be early or ready to wait.* patience people There's a few stores near by you can walk to and visit. There's ambiance is so cute inside and out! Although it may take some time to get seated once you order, the food is out pretty quickly! The staff has always been kind and on top of their game, so no issues there !

Finally tried this place after being on my list for months! Always go to brunch with a friend willing to eat family style so you don't have to choose between sweet and savory. We ordered- the (original) millionaires bacon side: incredibly flavorful, with notes of sugar, rosemary, and pepper - the gardenia egg soufflé: so jiggly!! Lighter than other egg dishes but still filling. Comes with bread and roasted potatoes and Brussels sprouts (could have used a little more seasoning) - the blueberry mochi waffle: such an interesting chewy texture! - chai latte: bland, just cinnamon milk - a holiday matcha specialty drink: coconut water with matcha foam was interesting but pretty sweet towards the end Logistics:- indoor and heated/covered outdoor seating - parking lot surrounding the restaurant but full after 9:30 with cars circling - no reservations ahead of time, you put your name on the Yelp waitlist once you arrive
