Honestly, the best steakhouse ive been to in a long time. The restaurant has a classic feel and old steakhouse decor with a fresh vibe. Drinks are on point and in perfect balance with the liquors. My wife loves the lavendar drink because it wasnt too sweet and my manhattan (with the ice stamped with a S) was perfect. And the drinks came out quick! The prime rib eye i ordered was cooked perfectly to my medium and my wifes filet was cooked a perfect medium rare. You can tell they were prime cuts, so tender. Ordered the marinated mushrooms as a side (Bomb!) So flavorful. Wines were a healthy pour. The dessert...omg. Had a butterscotch creme brule that was just the most perfect creme brule i could have asked for. Topped off my night with a delicious Glenfiddich 21. Ashley was the best! Always there when i needed her and took care of us all night. She got a good vibe. Definitly coming back!

Dinner at Sundance was simply spectacular. Everything went perfect. I had a reservation to celebrate my wife's birthday and wanted to surprise her with some flowers being on the table when we arrive. I called the place and manager told me to bring the flowers and a card way earlier and he will take care of the rest. I brought them around 2 pm and he asked if I wanted to pick a table or a booth. I picked a booth in the corner and left to get ready. When we arrived that booth was waiting for us with beautiful flowers on the table and a card for my wife. She loved it. Food experience was amazing as well. Our waiter was Jacob and he went above and beyond to give us best service he could. He was very cool yet professional. We wanted to thank him on here one more time. Thank you Jacob and thank you Sundance for a great experience . We definitely will be back. Edward

Came here for a late dinner on a Saturday night and loved the ambiance. I totally agree with other reviews that it has kind of an old fashioned classy feel to it. My husband and I arrived before our friends and started out with extra dirty Grey goose martinis with blue cheese olives which came out cold and delicious. I got the special of the day which was sea bass which came with buttered carrots and broccoli, a chef's beurre blanc sauce on the side, and I got a baked potato as my side. The sea bass was good, although the portion of fish was a bit smaller than I expected. The broccoli and carrots were good and thankfully not too soggy/buttered. The baked potato was a little more "loaded" than I anticipated with lots of sour cream and butter on it. My husband got the prime ribeye medium rare which he enjoyed but preferred the filet he had gotten last time. For dessert, our table shared the butterscotch creme brulee which was a dessert special, and the affogato. Both were good! Overall, would definitely come back for an upscale meal.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Sundance. We checked in and were seated immediately. I really love the ambiance here. It has that old fashioned, classy dining feel, which I miss. It's not "loud" or social media centered. Our server was very nice and patient. We took a while to decide what to order, and she had to come back a few times before we finally ordered. To start, we had oysters and clam chowder. The oysters were very fresh. The variety wasn't briny, so I enjoyed it. The clam chowder was delicious. One of the better chowders I've had. It could use more clams and smaller potato chunks. For our entree, we ordered the prime rib with a side of mash and the lobster fettuccine (special menu item). The prime rib was so tender! It's like butter. It could use more flavor though. I've had better tasting prime rib. The mash potatoes were delicious. The fettuccine was good, but the lobster was too salty for me. Dipping the lobster in the cream sauce helped. For dessert, we had their mud pie. It was a huge slice and so enjoyable! Not too sweet either. Overall 5+/5 for service and ambiance. 3/5 for food.

Since It's too late to get reservations for House of Prime Rib in April & July for my family's birthdays, we've been checking out other steak places. We were able to make reservations for Sundance for lunch at 1:30 that same day. We started with potato skins for lunch since they didn't have baked potatoes for lunch. Not bad. No spinach soufflé for lunch either. We had the medium rare prime rib and roasted garlic mashed potatoes with their vegetables, carrots and broccoli. It was good. It wasn't House of prime rib but it was good. No complaints. The best was that we didn't feel crowded. Next time for lunch, I would try the other lunch items instead of the prime rib. It's not the same unless you get a baked potato with everything & spinach. Years ago, we smelled like smoke coming out and it was dark inside. It was much brighter for lunch and not dark. We'll come by again.

Came here for happy hour to celebrate a birthday. Tried the filet mignon spring rolls as part of the happy hour, and the award-winning 10oz prime rib which came with a small portion of veggies and a side. The spring rolls were decent, but quite heavy and left behind a bitter fried-oil aftertaste. came with some sort of dipping soy sauce that was good but on the saltier sideFor the price, I expected the prime rib to be much more tender and juicy. The vegetables and side dish were smaller than we expected and didn't have too much flavor. The au jus was saltier than I was used to. We asked our waitress but it seems the restaurant also doesn't celebrate birthdays, which I didn't know and was a bit disappointed by. A good experience but would not come again

Let's start with the ambiance, the interior of the restaurant is dimly lit and sectioned off so it doesn't feel packed and yet every table is full. Plenty of room for a lot of people in your party and yet intimate enough for 'date night'.The service is fast and efficient, very knowledgeable about the menu and able to accommodate subtle changes in the dishes. The food was exquisite, I ordered the 'house cut' prime rib with a side of veggies (carrots and broccoli which were cooked perfectly) and a side of creamed spinach (do it, I'm not a big creamed spinach guy, but this changed my mind!). The prime rib came out just like I ordered 'medium rare' , it was savory and very tender and expertly slow roasted. 10/10 will absolutely come here again!

Came here for NYE dinner with a friend. We both ordered the prime rib. I let the waitress know that I also wanted to order something to-go, but that I would tell her later in the evening. She insisted I tell her now and she'd take care of it, and so I did. We were quickly served bread, and our food followed shortly after. The bread comes with a side of butter and balsamic+oil. The prime rib and the accompanying side dishes were perfectly cooked. The prime rib paired with the au jus was *chef's kiss*. For dessert, I ordered the famous mud pie, while my friend ordered the crème brûlée. The mud pie was okay. I was disappointed there wasn't a thicker crust. It was essentially a large plate of ice cream with whipped cream and fudge. The creme brûlée was also okay. It was made with white chocolate and would've been more well-balanced if it came with more fruit. Now here is the kicker. We get the bill and notice the to-go order was not on it. I tell our waitress and she goes to get it fixed. Well, it turns out she completely forgot to place the order and by then, the kitchen had already closed down. This is why I initially said i would personally let her know about my to-go item later, but she insisted I tell her at the beginning. Aside from a simple apology, there was no other attempt at service recovery. That food was meant to be a NYE meal for someone who now had to ring in the new year on an empty stomach. Not to mention, by that hour, it was impossible for me to find an appropriate alternative elsewhere. The food is good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. I will not be coming back a second time.

This is my #1 steakhouse! I love the food and I always have great service here. It's clean, a little bit on the dim side, but overall a great place to celebrate! It's not fancy but you can dress up or down when dining here.I'm in love with their prime rib. I think this is what won me over. Everything else is just icing on the cake. The parking lot is tiny and other people can't seem to park very well, so that's a downfall.
