If you like Yemeni food here is a place that is hidden in San Leandro. Food was great hot clean and great service. This place surprised me looking at it from the outside but once u go in and the smell of back home hits. There was at least 5 to 6 people working behind counter; however nobody acknowledge my existence as a consumer who is willing to pay for merchandise one employee gave me the impression that he was wanting to fight whiletwo others gave me the impression that they wanted me to take my business elsewhere until I raise my voice and asked for my order.

I am a regular costumer who always gets the same order medium size vegetarian. They gave me pepperoni pizza. Apparently I ordered it wrong online. They know that I always order the same food and I work literally 5 minutes away Only. Customer service is zero, the guy on the phone wouldn't exchange or help out in anyway for a regular customer. Customer service is zero if there's anything wrong with the order. Very disappointed won't be ordering from this place ever again. Like they know I don't eat pepperoni and I always get the same order. What was the point of telling me to take a picture of the pizza and send it to the driver. This is not how you provide customer service. I have order a lot of pizza from. Never again the way they handled this the driver which is from themselves and the person answering the call. 1 star for service. I don't care how good your pizza is if you have zero customer service
