I love everything about this place. The vibes, the service, the food, all are excellent. Highly recommended. No tax on tips is coming for the service folks. Congratulations!Oh, maybe the drinking cups can use an upgrade. The top of the cups is all chipped. I still love everything about this place though.

The food: I've had their fried chicken, kimchi fried rice, pork belly, pocha fries, and spicy rice cakes with ramen. Pretty much everything is decent and good enough. You're most likely coming here for the vibes, aesthetics, to drink with your friends, or get a quick bite to eat/chill. You're not coming here to get a gourmet experience, but the fact that it gives you these vibes and a place to chill while also having pretty good food is a big plus. It's a great place to come for large groups or friends to do family-style and share since the portions are decent. Everything I've had has been pretty good, but if there was a negative, the pork belly we got had a lot of pieces with a large amount of fat which led to us not eating half of it. The pork belly itself was pretty good though. The service: the workers are nice and they help you whenever you're able to fly them down. But being able to fly them down is another story. It took a while for workers to come by and help us... but when they did come, they were very helpful and nice. 4/5.

Great place to stop by for late night eats! Got the fried rice, kimchi fried rice, rabokki, and corn cheese. My personal favorite was the rabokki -- the textures and flavors blend so well together! The interior is decorated in classic pocha style and the tables are smaller but spaced well -- creating a cozy vibe. Service was fast. Would come again for some quality late night food! (I don't really drink, but my friends said good things about the alcohol here)

Great place to smolder the night away with loud conversation, cold alcohol, and Korean snack foods. The interior is designed like a street alley and you know some serious drinking has happened here with the ceiling and divider walls decorated with soju bottle caps. My friends wanted to do "something simple" so we came here and thought there was no way we would get close to the 3 hour table limit. Pocha K ended up being the beginning of a long night that ended at 4am. It's the kind of place to start your journey and carry on the fun vibes into the rest of the evening. Chicken gizzard and pork belly: comes on a hot stone dish still sizzling and steaming. Both were well cooked and garnished. The gizzard was a chewy delight and the pork belly was clean and tender.Fried chicken: I loved the portion size, it wasn't too big. The radish and cabbage were cut smaller and thinner than normal and I prefer it like this. Fried chicken was great and we finished everything off the plate.Kimchi fried rice: Came with a delicious soft-cooked Sunnyside up egg on top. The green onion and seaweed on the side gave the dish some appealing color and made it seem more healthy than just the standard vibrant red. Clam soup: Such a nice clean broth! Had a gentle ocean taste and was so much more savory and fulfilling on a cold and rainy day.The fried section looked fun and we saw a dish that looked like flaming hot Cheetos and cheese on top of fries. We ordered the Pork Tonkatsu and it was a sight to behold, easily the size of a small pizza, we cut it up into a grid and destroyed two of them. The gravy it comes with was fantastic.

Came here for a friend's graduation celebration with 4 other people. It was kind of difficult to get into the parking lot as it was easy to miss when going down the main thoroughway. The place was packed as soon as we got in where we needed to write our names down. Wait was incredibly quick and reasonable for a Saturday night at maybe 10-15 minutes. As I'm not a local to San Jose [only housing wise at this point ;) ], my friends told me this was the go-to-spot for late night eats and drinking. We ate family style ordering two different fried rices (egg AND kimchee), the tteokbokki, pocha fries, soy garlic chicken, and pork belly. I'm not usually into korean food as I've always believed it was always a bit overhyped over others but Pocha K blew my mind. All the dishes tasted incredibly fresh, looked delicious, and tasted even better! We all were on our way to almost finishing everything but were so full at the end. There was enough after all five of us devoured and digested for our graduate to take home which he proclaimed he could make last a week!Incredible food, Great Vibes, and a fun place to bring large crowds for a reasonable night out! Will definitely return if I'm in the area again

Delicious spot! I've been here a few times and I thoroughly enjoy the food. Their menu is a bit limited in my opinion but has a lot of necessities. Their bar/drink selection is a bit limited but has terra and soju, which is usually the typical for Korean pochas. I like their service but it isn't amazing per se. It can get very busy on the weekends and weekdays as well so I recommend coming before 8:00pm if you're just trying to get food.Their food items take a while to come out and they come out usually one by one so keep that in mind. Their portions are huge and I absolutely love their donkatsu, super delicious! Their pricing seems fair too.Overall, a small restaurant but good food and vibes. I'd recommend if you're looking for good Korean bar style food.

Service was really great! Ambiance was cool, definitely a great place to meet up with friends. The food was great as well. The steamed egg and the Ddubokgi could use a little more flavor, but the wings and the fried rice were perfect!

Well you don't come here for service, you come here for decent Korean snack foods late at night. We got their kfc with soy garlic flavor, cheese corn, and their rappogi. The kfc was juicy and tender but questionably cooked (pink?).The cheese corn and the rappogi is hard to mess up.We asked for hot water and never got it. No servers check in on you as that's not the style of the place. The interior itself was nicely decorated but honestly, I wouldn't come back unless others really wanted to.

Great food with great company! We were a party of 9 coming in on a Friday night and waited about 10-15 minutes. They have heating outside which actually kept me so warm. When drinking soju, the shot glasses are chilled which is a nice touch. Food is so good and comforting, and family style which is nice too. Everything was delicious and flavorful.

Pocha K's a solid late night spot with a lively environment. Amazing spot to get good grub with friends and enjoy some soju past midnight. My friends and I came here for a 21st birthday party and were pleasantly delighted by the vibes, service, and most importantly... the FOOD! Here's everything we ordered:Kimchi Fried Rice - 9.5/10 - Flavorful, tasty, and overall DELICIOUS! So good we ordered seconds.Corn Cheese - 7/10 - Typical corn cheese, very solid order. Nothing spectacular but still very good. Rabokgi - 6/10 - Tteokbokki with ramen, not the best one I've had just because it's a little sweeter than I'd like. Only thing I didn't really like here. Chicken Gizzard - 10/10 - WOWOWOWOW! I loved the chicken gizzard, so perfectly seasoned and presented on a sizzling plate. A MUST TRY! Overall, pretty solid experience. Definitely recommend visiting if you haven't been already.
