Wake up Yelpies and get over here asap !!!!!When it comes to authentic flavor with variety look, no further than Pho Lovers ! They have the complete recipe of food, service, and love for people otherwise they wouldn't create such delicious food within such a comfortable environment. You truly feel as if you're sitting down with family and enjoying a meal. Big props to this family for truly creating a very welcoming place to enjoy amazing food.

Pho Lovers doesn't have the best Feng Shui--its location is tucked away, and the sign is barely visible from the parking lot. But if the wind hits just right, you'll catch a whiff of that scrumptious broth, infused with star anise and cloves, guiding you to their door like a moth to a flame. The pho tai was delicious. It had a nice glorious shimmer from the MSG (makes shit good) and unlike other pho places, there is only one size. It is on the smaller side, but the broth was really flavorful and the beef was super tender. That said, the highlight was the "pho dip" brunch experience. It's called Banh Mi Chao aka "baguette with combo sizzling pan" that comes with sizzling meat with eggs, a little scoop of pate, a side salad, and a bowl of pho broth. Never seen this before, but this was "pho" sho' why I loved Pho Lovers. Pho sizzle. The wife and I went with the S3 (slice filet milon steak) because it looked easier to eat than the S4 (beef rib) which felt more like food for the 'gram with the bone sticking out. The baguette was fresh. The eggs were perfectly cooked sunny side up with a garlic butter soy sauce. The filet mignon was well done but real tender. We ripped off pieces of baguette, stuffed in some meat, added some radish from the side salad and then dipped it in the egg yolk. Swallowed and repeated again and again. "Chao" downed. If Pho Lovers would have been like all the other Vietnamese restaurants that have numbers, I think they could have been Pho Lovers 143... or Pho Lovers 69 because I loved every bite. Looking at all the reviews, we need to come back for the oxtail pho and banh mi. Despite being hidden, lunch service was packed on the weekend, and deservedly so. So it's interesting, in the Bay Area there are two Pho Lovers. WT-Pho? The other one is in Sunnyvale. Despite the same name, they seem to be different owners based on their logos and menus. Then again, who doesn't love pho? Said nobody ever.

I ate here 5 times in January. The perfect place to grab pho in Dublin during the winter time!! I've tried their beef rib and oxtail pho and a chicken teriyaki sizzling plate. It's probably some of the best pho I've had in the Bay Area in general. Simple menu with dishes they do really well. The broth of the pho is flavorful and the meat so tender. I hear their baguettes are also extremely soft. It's not a huge restaurant, so seating is limited. The restaurant gets full but there is never a wait.

Such a hidden gem! This family-run spot is bursting with authentic vibes--you can hear them chatting in Vietnamese, which is always a good sign. We ordered a couple of phos and a bánh mì, and wow, did it hit the spot! The pho was on point--loaded with tender meat and a beautifully clear, flavorful broth. But the real MVP? Their bánh mì. Hands down one of the best in Dublin! The bread was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The tender pork, fresh veggies, and rich pâté came together in a glorious symphony of flavors.I'd love to give it five stars, but a few of our chopsticks were a bit dirty. No biggie--we'll definitely be back for that amazing bánh mì!

Pho Lovers takes over the space vacated by Chan's restaurant in the Olferts center. The new interior is simple and modern. The tables and stools are tiny and will only fit two dishes on a two top. The stools and settee are hardwood and lower than standard height. The food is very good with pho and bun items. There are beef rib and oxtail options. But on the day we went they ran out of beef ribs by lunch time. There is also a skillet dish with a fried egg. They do close in the afternoon after lunch. Plenty of parking in the shopping center. The Olferts center has had no less then 4 pho restaurants since it's beginning. Hopefully pho lovers will last.

Came here again after 6 months and the taste was better. The soup is not as salty. However the size seems even smaller. The drink was ok. I prefer Vietnamese coffee more.

Stopped by on a Sunday night and it was quite busy but we were first in line. Waited for about 10 minutes to get a table. The food:Banh Mi Chao, where have you been my whole life?!?! I have nothing to compare this to, but this dish is fantasticabulous (yes, it deserves a made up word). Two enormous, tender, beef ribs + pate + 2 sunny side up eggs - this is an umami bomb. The baguette comes out fresh and hot, glistening and perfectly golden. We ordered another baguette as we inhaled the first one and still had sauce to scoop up.Pho with beef ribs - we got a ton of beef ribs this night, but no regrets. Pho was tasty and everyone in the family got a bone to gnaw on. You know it's good when people are eating like no one is looking. We got the C11 - taro milk tea - it arrived with no cream on top, so the server went back to add more cream. When he brought it out for the second time, he said it was added the first time but got mixed in. Whatever we got (double cream?) was really good - will see if we can mimic that the next time with extra cream. We left the restaurant super satisfied and wondering when we could come back! Going to be on the hunt for Banh Mi Chao now.

Came in on a Monday at 11:30, there were plenty of tables and we were seated promptly.Don't even remember what I ordered, but just took pictures and dug right in. The drink was refreshing and tasted very healthy. While the pho broth was really good, very light and rich with herbs. My only complaint is that the server was unwilling to split bills, and we only had 2 people.

Ordered S3 which came with the sizzling plate of filet mignon slices and two eggs, a side of salad, a soup, and a choice of rice or baguette (I chose rice). $19.95 was a bit pricey in my opinion but worth a try. Also got a sugar cane drink! Happy they offered that here. The place is small so not suitable for large groups but overall great place to try out different Vietnamese dishes!

Pho Lovers is the best!! My husband and I have been wanting to try this place for a few weeks now and we finally did! First of all, the food came out so quick! We were starving so that was a plus. I got the #2 Pho Tai Lan and it was hands down the best pho I've ever had. I ate every last bite of it! The broth was perfectly flavored I couldn't get over it. My husband got the S3 Bahn Mi Chao Bo Ne and that was just as good! The bread is so fresh with a nice crust on the outside and the inside is perfectly soft. The combination of the bread with steak, pate, eggs and garlic butter soy sauce dipped in the beautiful pho broth just melts in your mouth. They also have really fun drinks too! I got the signature Saigon which is their signature house blend of coffee with a fragrant seat salted crème. It was delicious! They have ton of different drinks to choose from. The owner was very welcoming and kind. He talked to my husband and I about the ingredients they use and how a lot are locally sourced. It was such an awesome experience. I've found my pho spot for good. I highly recommend!!
