Ones Care & Bakery seriously has the best quality pastries. They are as delicious as they are beautiful. Their croissants have officially ruined all other croissants for me.We came to the bakery right as they opened. They were still working on putting out their fresh baked goods and had a limited amount on display, but we were able to pick up a good variety to-go.We tried their blueberry mango pastry, ham and cheese croissant, mushroom and spam croissant (my personal favorite), almond croissant, strawberry moon, and the French tart.All the layers are perfectly crispy and flaky on the outside, and buttery, soft, and fluffy on the inside. Truly everything you want in a pastry.I'm not a big coffee drinker, and I enjoyed their ube latte. You can actually taste the orange from the orange latte, but it's not overpowering.I would be coming here often if only I didn't live out of state. Their menu has truly unique flavors, and I will definitely be back the next time I'm in town to try more. I would recommend waiting a bit after they open so that you have more variety to choose from.

(3 out of 5)I've been looking into this place for a while now. The first time I came in it was around 11am in a weekday. They were sold out of basically everything! Can't knock them for being popular hahaha! The next time I can we can right at the opening, we had to wait 45 minutes for the danishes to come out. Can't rush perfection?!?! Right? The mushroom spam croissant was very good, pretty pricey but it was very tasty! Super flaky with great flavor. Then the danishes... what we came and waited for. They are way smaller then the picture shows. Both could fit on a dollar bill. Waited all of that time just for it to come out cold and be mid.When you come tell them Rothyy sent you!

This is a cute little cafe located in CV! There were so many options of different pastries. I had gotten the Ube Latte, Croissant, Blueberry Mango Pastry and Ham + Cheese Croissant. I was not a fan of the Ube Latte, it tasted like chalky powder with milk. The pastries and croissants were so DELICIOUS! They were so buttery and FLAKY.They are definitely the star of the show. I can't wait to come back and try different varieties!The parking lot here is so terrible because I had to reverse onto oncoming traffic to get out of the parking lot if not you have to do a 3 point turn to exit - other than that it's definitely worth coming here for some delicious croissants!

The pastries were all delicious!They all had a nice crunch to it as it was flaky on the outside and also inside but with a nice fluffy pastry too. Black sesame was right now. You can taste the black sesame and yet not too sweet and not overly sesame. Just the right balance of what you would look for in a black sesame pastry. Same goes with strawberry moon. The strawberry cream was tasty and refreshing. The mango blueberry pastry was so good. I've had blueberry pastries before but the mango adds a nice depth of taste to it and gives a tropical feel. Yummy! Will be trying out more pastries. Looking forward to trying the savory pastries.

Cute and tasty pastries! The cafe itself is very small and has a very small parking lot (a bit hard to drive in/out of). The staff are very nice though! The person helping me dropped one of the pastries in the cabinet and it ruined the design on top and without me asking, swapped it for a new one :) much appreciated! The pastries themselves are super tasty but a bit hard in my opinion. The folds are so beautiful but the texture is a little hard to bite into. The insides are soft and delicious, though. I enjoyed all of the fillings- they weren't too sweet. I would come back!

Finally tried this cafe shop this morning, i ordered a few pastries and an orange latte, they were so good, definitely recommend it :)

I really love this hole in the wall coffee shop right on the boulevard, I drove past this place so many times saying I wanted to try. So happy when remembered this place existed! They had delicious pastries that are made in house, sooo buttery, flakey, and yummy!!! I really liked the prosciutto cheese croissant!! I will have to come back to try other desserts for sure!!!The salted coffee iced is the best in my opinion. I've tried the black sesame cold as well as the orange latte hot, the salted cheese foam is so good!

I fall in love with their pastry after the first bite of French egg tart. Just wish that it serves warm. My daughter's bow pastry (white chocolate, raspberry?!) was delicately made and so delicious. The ham and cheese croissant my husband had didn't impress him for some reason. He complains about the latte was too bitter. However, my black sesame latte was mildly sweet and the nuttiness well balanced with the strong espresso. The downside sides are the one way tiny parking lot. Difficult to get out if it's full, especially on a busy street. Also, no indoor seatings, only a couple tables outside. No public bathroom too.

I've had this spot saved in my bookmarks for a while and I always drive by this spot. I do regret not trying this earlier. They are open from 8-3 and they serve fresh pastries and drinks.They serve many unique pastries such as mini wheels, danishes, etc that can either be sweet or savory. One of my favorite pastries from here has to be their blueberry mango danish. The outside pastry is a flaky multilayered crust with a soft fruity center that is delicious. It's not overly sweet for me, and the filling is so yummy! I'm not big on pastry bc I love this. I've tried their matcha mini wheels before but that just wasn't for me. To me, the mini wheels itself were so dense and hard to really eat. The matcha custard inside was good. I've also had their moon croissant with strawberry custard. Similar thoughts to the mini wheels, the pasty was dense but the custard inside was flavorful and light. My boyfriend has ordered their croffle today and it was pretty light and chewy as well. They used a vanilla bean creme on top that wasnt overly sweet. I've had their orange latte and matcha latte, I think I prefer the orange latte as it was heavy on coffee flavor but at the end, you get the the citrus orange flavor which I really enjoyed.I've really only tried a couple of their items, mostly the sweeter pastries and drinks. I plan to come back to try the other stuff :)

Cute little corner cafe! I came for the lattes but I couldn't resist trying the pastries. Both croissants were perfectly flakey on the outside and soft on the inside. Their latte was perfect & a bonus that they don't charge for milk substitutions. This is a small cafe on a busy street. There is no inside seating but they have a few tables outdoors. I highly recommend trying this place out!
