The service is very friendly and the pizza is amazing. If you anywhere else you making a mistake. Try the pasta !!!

I love a New York Pizza, especially this one. They have the best halal pepperoni pizza you can find and definitely don't skimp on toppings compared to other locations. Call ahead, place an order on line or in person. They are fast and have the option to dine-in as well. Coupons and pick up specials are available. The Afghani King Kong is great for parties or to a feed large group. It's seasoned ground beef or chicken and veggies on a pizza. Try it out, it may become your favorite. Out of all the NY pizza shops in the area, this one is definitely better than the rest!

Very disappointed on how they don't make pizza the same way they advertise it. But because we waited almost 45 minutes for the pizza thinking it had fresh basil, sadly did not. Not what I expected for New York pizza.

They are getting expensive day by day. Very greedy owner. $60 for afghani King Kong, they are charging a lot It used to cost only $25.99 with a large 2 liter soda. Ok I get it every thing is getting expensive but not doubled. I really hate when they are trying to take advantage of people. I think afghan community need to think about opening another competition for halal pizza in Hayward. Surely they make tons of money.

Came here for second time. Neither time was a good experience. The person taking the order wasn't paying attention and there was zero customer service. No hello or anything. Ambiance was dead, the carpet was clean but looked dirty. I ordered a large and was told it would be ready in 15 mins. The wait was much much longer. I had to pay tip ever though it was not delivered. The first time it was delivered and the guy demanded I tip again even tough I had tipped while paying online. The food itself was horrible. Their margherita pizza didn't have mozzarella or fresh basil. The dried basil they use burns while cooking. Domino's has better pizza!

Very good. Love the thin crust, great quality. I don't like pizza much, but I like this place.

The pizza isn't the same as under previous ownership. There customer service is horrible. Employees are very rude. Size of King Kong pizza has shrunk. They have doubled the prices of the pizzas. They don't take orders correctly, they used to offer free 2 liter soda with any type of king kong pizza and now they are denying it. they are saying we never offered it and yet i used to get a 2 free liter soda every time I ordered a king kong pizza with 2 or more toppings. New owner is not a friendly person. My order is always messed up.

I've ordered from this place for a while and we always order the same thing, today there was some sort of miscommunication and at a workplace where the staff are supposed to act friendly, this man started to argue with us about our order. They kept on telling us that we are wrong when we have witnesses that we have ordered with. They ended up arguing with us, telling us we're wrong and they wanted to teach us how to order. Definitely wouldn't order from this place again, horrible customer service.

We've been ordering here for many years, yet as of recently, I'm not sure whether the management has changed or something else but whenever we order, our order is always wrong. We've called to ask the reps to rectify the situation in some way, but they always double down that they do not take our orders incorrectly and the problem is with us. We did not have this problem in the past, yet this new management is screwing our orders every time while refusing to fix the situation in any way or even offer an apology. I do not recommend coming here unless you want bad service and to waste your money. The food quality has also gone down over the years yet the prices are constantly rising. Save your money and get better pizza and customer service elsewhere.

Afghan pizza is amazing, the slices here are the best been coming here since I was a kid 1995 when we moved from fremont to nasty Hayward, ghetoo d block. Thanks dad for ruining my education and bringing me here. Service is quick, ambience is rough, neighborhood ghetto!
