Really sweet owner! I got there on a Thursday morning right when they opened and although she was still setting up, she was able to help me order two Manager specials a.k.a. 40 mini cookies. She even threw in a couple of extras!One thing though, the cash register wasn't working and it took almost 10 minutes of restarting and trying a bunch of cards before we eventually gave up. Thankfully, I had cash on me. Although it was a bit frustrating because she mentioned this has happened several times before, and I wouldn't have been able to make my purchase after all that waiting had I not had cash onme. Maybe it's time for a new register?

Did not know that Mrs Fields did b'day cookies. It is a great idea if you are tired of cakes and ice cream cakes. They did a great job.

I used to love white chocolate macadamia.. but this time its waaaay tooo sweet and full of butter. One cookie is making me NOT want more. I used to love these but why is it too much butter and too soggy? Sad. It doesnt even stay circle it becomes crumbs.

Staff Excellent service!!!My mom loves their coffee and cookies especially the staff. They are very nice and friendly. Mom always stops by at Mrs Fields whenever we go to this mall.

I want to start by saying that I have always liked Mrs Fields cookies. They have been around ever since I can remember. Mrs. Fields cookies are a part of my childhood. I like the cookies and the brownies. It makes me sad that several malls no longer have a Mrs. Fields Cookies. Plus if I have my facts straight, I believe the founder is a Bay Area native and she started her business in Palo Alto. So it was nice supporting a business with Bay Area origins. I am sure the company has gone through many changes over the years though, so I don't know the situation now. I think this location has good cookies and good brownies. The customer service seems to be consistent. But the reason I seldom go to this location is because they don't sell milk. When I buy a cookie I want to eat it right away but I enjoy having milk with cookies. Milk goes really well with cookies. I want just plain, regular milk , not some bougie milk that cost the same or more than the cookie. (I think the Valley Fair location sells organic, expensive milk). The Southland location has no milk at all , but they have sugary bottled drinks. Many years ago this location had milk and it was really cold. That made it so good and it went even better with cookies. Having cookies and cold milk adds to the experience. Then about five years ago they stopped selling it. There are probably food places in the mall that probably sell milk, but I'm not about to go find where it's sold. I would like to buy it all in one place. But other than that the cookies and the brownies are good. The people who work there seem to be nice. It's nice to see a familiar establishment still around.

I bought cookies from this place and look what was in my cookie ( picture attached ) . My stomach has been hurting every since .
