Doh! My God!!!You want some bomb a$$ chicken . This is the place. If you enjoy Popeye's chicken, then you're in for a treat. This place has chicken that tops Popeye's. I couldn't believe it, but it does. Flavor is bursting and most of the time the chicken is cooked fresh. Their chicken sandwich is surprisingly delicious as well as the balance of flavor is more enjoyable than your favorite fast chicken. They have blueberry muffins that are excellent and their side sauces go well as an enticer. They also have battered shrimp that is good, but be careful of shell fragments around the tail portion as they are not deshelled as clean as could be. As a new customer I'm impressed and will return as this is my second visit upon discovery within the last few days. Check out the car wash, too. Great price $$$To all, visit, enjoy, discover.

Scored a bag of food on TGTG and this restaurant didn't disappoint! The amount of food we received was insane and fed 2 people for two days! The chicken was perfectly cooked and was juicy and tender while the fries were giant and crispy. The chicken nuggets were tasty as well and we enjoyed the rice and beans but wish there were more beans than rice. However, we loved the food and would definitely come back!

Fresh made hand breaded chicken, and friendly service. It was seasoned very well and very tender and juicy. I wouldn't get the shrimp again, as I saw it was pre breaded and frozen, and I just wouldn't pay for that. I ordered some corn bread which I loved. Nice guys working there and very accommodating. Good price point as well.

The fried chicken is deeeeeelicious. Yum, yum, yum - sooooo good. I ordered ahead so it was cooked to order. The customer service was great too. Nice people.

WOW totally underrated after trying this place thanks to too good to go. IDK why but I felt this would be poor quality food but it was actually very good. I was very shocked and happy with the excellent services provided by staff. Very nice and sweet! They are located inside the valero's gas station. In my surprise bag, I got some chicken, biscuits, and large side of mac. He threw in some of the extra biscuits that were left over into my bag. Chicken was super flavorful. mac and cheese was cheesy enough for me. biscuits were a lil dry but packed a punch of blueberry for sure. I would def consider another surprise bag from them.

My friend called to ask for their hours (MLK day) and they picked up the phone right away. (Good service!) Friend picked up a 16-piece mixed chicken for a gathering. Everyone loved it. It was crunchy, juicy, and flavorful. The quality of the chicken is great and everything on the menu is halal. Would definitely try other items on their menu next time.

Thank you for always having fresh and available Krispy Krunchy and willing to make more if needed. The service is great both cashiers were so nice and welcoming. This location has the highest stars amongst the other Krispy Krunchy locations for a reason. The Krispy Krunchy is tucked away on the corner of the store. Got mac n cheese, potato wedges, and chicken nuggets. To me it tasted like gas station food. Like frozen food you would heat up at home. I don't get the appeal of this chain.The area had people loittering outside and I didn't feel particularly safe visiting this store in the evening.

To be honest, I had no expectations. I just heard from my boss that I should try out their chicken because we were talking about fried chicken at one point. So one of the days we were doing our Trader Joe's run, I decided, you know what? It's time to try out Krispy Krunchy Chicken. In short, not only was it "krispy" and "krunchy" and of course it was chicken, but it was juicy and flavorful inside. Can't wait to try their actualy chicken next time. What? What do I mean by this? You'll see below.L O C A T I O NAs many have stated, it's in a gas station. Valero to be specific at the corner of Mowry Ave. and Fremont Blvd. There's not many parking spots as it's a gas station. So if it's full, just park in the lots behind at Fremont Hub and walk over.I N S I D E It's a c-mart aka Convenience mart for a gas station. Krispy Krunchy Chicken is in the back but you also pay at the normal area where everyone else pays.M E N UThey have a variety of items besides your typical chicken wings, chicken thighs and breasts as well as tenders. They do have your usual sides like mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy but they also have jambalaya and red beans and rice. They also have fried fish and shrimp as well as chicken sandwich and fries.We wanted to get a mix of chicken boned in, but alas, they ran out when we go there so we'd have to wait another 10-15 minutes. We didn't want to wait so we just opted for tenders and fries and since the bf was curious we also got the chicken sandwich. We didn't realize we'd also get honey biscuits with our order so that's a plus!How was it? Well I don't think we'd really get the chicken sandwich again as it's nothing more than just the same chicken between bread with a few pickles and mustard. The fries were fine, but that chicken tender was the juiciest most flavor filled chicken I've had in a while. I feel like they brine the chicken in some kind of mixture as it oozed that juicy flavor when you bite into it. The honey biscuits were also great!S E R V I C EIt was fine. They acknowledged our presence as we were waiting which I'm always appreciative of. We got our chicken and we easily paid at the cashier.O V E R A L LThere's a special spot for fried chicken in my tummy and Krispy Krunchy Chicken is welcome to fill that spot. Although we only got the tenders, they were delicious. But I will definitely go back to try their normal bone in chicken next time and also update this review when that time comes. Definitely a place I'd recommend trying out. Who knew chicken at a gas station would be good?

I had absolutely no expectations of "gas station chicken".....my husband and I were pleasantly shocked to enjoy the best fried chicken (except from Savannah, GA). The chicken was not greasy or oily, had amazing taste in every bite. The potato wedges were even great and we're not big fans.We froze half our food because we ordered way too much. We reheated it the other day in our air fryer and it was still pretty darn good.Will definitely be eating more "gas station chicken" in the future!
