Happy Donut & Cronuts

Under new management & new name. The old name was Kingberry Donuts. The shop is totally remodeled and updated, but still a mom & pop family business.I only got a blueberry cake donut which was cakey but flavorful and moist. The icing was not too sweet.Come support this new local business just 3 months old.

I recently saw that a local donut shop in my neighborhood was under new management. Honestly I never went to the prior establishment even though I've lived in the area for 30+ years. But hey, it just goes to show that good signage matters. The only reason I decided to stop by the shop now was because of their new logo. Happy Donut & Cronuts still seemed like a mom's and pop's small business, but it's bigger than ones I've been to and much more modern looking. Service was great. There were a few folks ahead of me, but the staff members were considerably quick with fulfilling orders including the breakfast sandwich that I got. Sure, I love a classic yeast donut, but I have my usual favorites that I look for at any donut shop: glazed French cruller, blueberry cake donut, and an old fashioned.They didn't have a French cruller, which was highly disappointing. Their blueberry cake donut was also a disappointment. The texture of the blueberry cake donut was dry like it wasn't freshly prepared, and the blueberry flavor was lacking. Although they had an old fashioned, I swapped that for an egg and cheese croissant. Solid sandwich, and I would get this over any Starbucks breakfast sandwich across the street.

Great progress on improvements. The shop has had a complete makeover. I'm glad this shop is around the corner for years of future visits Things I wish they would seriously consider improving; - They need lots more seating!! - They take a very long time to make the food which can be frustrating after a while - Some machines don't work! - they don't give mayo /mustard packets/sauces (I was denied) The clerk messed up our order forgetting the customizations we requested. No bacon, not grilled, no cheese. SOO they need a way to record the requests of the customer (not just a verbal acknowledgement ) Now she has to make the whole thing all over! But that is another 10 or 15 minute wait Avocado was bad quality! Disappointing They need to Welcome customizations of the food. They very often say "normally" we don't do that. Or that isn't possible There are A LOT of people getting frustrated with the wait time . It's just too long! I can never come back again unless I'm willing to STAND around for 15mins. People are leaving and coming back from their cars Maybe next time I'll go to Safeway The staff in the front can stay more patient when the customer is frustrated. ThTHIS WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE. I WOULD actually not come back home I likely

Haven't been here since 2019 no longer Kingsberry Donuts now under a new management and quite a change from the previous ownership. Came by on a Monday morning greeted very warmly by the staff. It was quite cold since I chose French vanilla coffee large size $4.30 extremely reasonable and two twist donuts. The only drawback are their hours though they're open seven days a week so that's a real plus not to mention for those early birds for a quick cup of coffee and bagels. Ample parking depending time of day located at a busy intersection.

Under new management and now this place is revamped! Donuts are delicious!Tried the donut holes (dozen for $3) and cronut holes (half dozen for $4.50)! Sooo good! Also tried the egg, sausage, cheese bagel. Service was quick and friendly!

When walking in there were smiles on the employees faces. The donuts are also really good my favorite is their blueberry donut but their crème brule donut is a must have. The sugar coating is delicious. The ambiance is lacking but it is a donut shop. It's a must try around the area.

Under new management! It's now a perfect neighborhood donut and breakfast shop. The donuts were fluffy and fresh. Tried the custard donut holes, cronut holes, and regular glazed donut holes and they were all good. The breakfast sandwiches were excellent. Well seasoned and generous with the meat. Tried the thai tea and it was pretty sweet. My friend asked for her Vietnamese iced coffee less sweet and they obliged. One thing to note is we had to buy water, but you can bring your own too. The staff was friendly. It wasn't busy on a Sunday afternoon. There are a few tables to sit at inside. Overall great experience.

Coworkers are sweet and recommend the popular items that are pretty good , I tried the Vietnamese coffee she recommended and ohhh it's sweet and strong

Donuts are amazing and the staff is friendly. BUT horrible hygiene.. I don't think I'll revisit ever again.

Best bacon egg and cheese croissant ever!!! The Vietnamese coffee was also very good.
