Frank's Sports Bar and Grill

The reviews did not disappoint! The location had me a bit confused, then I realized the restaurant was within the bar. I ordered the bean dip and chips and the super chicken tacos. I took my number, then headed to the bar for a drink. The friendly bartender assured me I would love the food because in her words "it's hella good!" she suggested a drink that tasted like a watermelon Jolly Rancher, rimmed with Tajin. I can't remember the name, but it did indeed taste as described, and not too sweet.The dip arrived first and I couldn't stop eating it, even after the tacos were placed in front of me. Those creamy, flavorful beans topped with Cotija cheese and pickled jalapeño peppers and carrots were absolutely addicting. The fresh, warm chips and dip combo would have been enough for me, but I moved on to the tacos. They were deliciously sloppy and full of flavor. The place is spacious with plenty of parking, it's a must try!

This is the spot for sure. Bomb food, well poured drinks, and great atmosphere.The bartenders are nice and they don't skimp on drinks --My go to is usually a tequila soda. Pretty simple. But most places give the bare minimum tequila before filling it with soda water. Here, they pour a healthy amount and it gets me buzzin'.The food here is bomb as well --Ordered onion rings (only the best appetizer next to wings), loaded nachos (with carne), and chicharrones.Each dish was amazing:- onion rings were nicely breaded- the chicharrones were crunchy and not stale, they might have fried them on the spot- loaded nachos had a balance of guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo + the meat paired nicely with the perfect flavorI'm not really a sports guy but the ambiance is always cool and the people there are friendly. Or mind their business. It can get rowdy during live games.Overall, solid place and will definitely come back regularly.

Nice sports bar for the area. Bar is robust and a wide variety of food options, Mexican. We shared appetizers and had drinks. Plenty of seating and clean bathrooms.

Frank's has been a go to spot for years I love to see how they've grown there is a taqueria inside with American and Mexican food the wings were good and had fresh lemon zest and or juice the chicken sandwhich flavor qas good but the bread was overly toasted it scattered My mouth other wise it was fine there are a few arcade games and seating tables amble parking but can get packed

This is a little bar around the corner from the house that I like to go to . to have a few drinks and hang out . The service I pretty good .

Great chill, old school sports bar located towards the San Leandro Marina...spacious, friendly bar staff (Jenna), reasonably priced drinks, and Porque No? Tacos serving food (a tad pricey but good) within Frank's Sports Bar and Grill.Spot is lively but not loud! Nice for weekday happy hour, watching sports, karaoke Wednesdays and brunch on the weekend. Small private lot with street parking available on the side parallel to the railroad tracks.

Great atmosphere though prices on drinks are expensive but overall a great bar/restaurant/staff big shout out to my favorite bartenders jenna / vanessa

Food was ok 8/10 I went here to watch my Raiders play, and I was surprised that they had the sound of the Raiders game on over the 49ers game that made me happy! Service is cool too!

Hidden gem. Delicious tacos and tortas. Fun sports bar with good beers on tap. Can be a little loud.

Awesome bartenders excellent food to munch on perfect setup i have my special box so no need to go out but it ever breaks I'll return to Franks ...might just stop in for a sip one night or early afternoon
