Falafel Fremont

Another update as it's been a couple years since. Falafel Corner has changed its name to Falafel Fremont. Same people, same place just different name. No more check in for a free baklava but that's ok, it was just a nice little perk.The parking here is always hit or miss as depending on the peak eating times can be challenging with Kakuna Sushi nearby and now Dope Pho. Recently we actually had to park in the middle section instead of right in front, but that's okay. There are still spaces. They can get a bit busy at which times, they may not even pick up the phone which can be frustrating. We did come after not being able to reach them over the phone and saw that there were large groups waiting for their food and so we ended up going somewhere else.Inside is pretty spacious with tables.We have yet to try their pizzas and we've been meaning to. Their gyro meat is just too salty and oily for me for some reason so I avoid it as well as falafels. What we do come here for is the burgers. It's always a place we come back for the burgers. The fries can be hit or miss, sometimes we switch it up for the curly ones.Just drop by, try them out and perhaps I'll eventually try their pizzas.

Falafel fremont has such an extensive menu, but they mainly focus on mediterranean food, pizzas, and burgers. To be completely honest, I found a lot of the mediterranean items here pretty dry -- including the gyro wrap, combo platter, and fries -- but the flavors were all great so I saw a lot of potential. If they just make the meat in their mediterranean dishes as juicy as their big boy burger, then it would be insane! We also had the small all meat pizza. That pizza is nowhere close to small and it was super loaded. One thing about this spot is they do not play about their portions! We finished with some hot Kashmiri tea and caramel peanut cake. I enjoyed the tea which was comforting after such a heavy meal, but the cake was a bit soggy for me. I overall recommend their big boy burger most!Upon entering, you order at the cashier up front and then sit down wherever you want. They'll bring your food to you. We ordered a lot and it all came out fast. Workers were really helpful and nice. Also lots of seating here!

I stopped by Falafel Fremont, and the food was great! I ordered the Big Boy burger, and it was flavorful. The curly fries were delicious -- perfect amount of crisp. Also if you're into spicy snacks, try the halal spicy beef jerky! It's hot, spicy, halal and tasty!For dessert, they have a great large selection, and my personal favorite was the pistachio cake -- it was amazing! I also love the chai here, it tastes very homemade and flavorful. The service was excellent, with friendly and knowledgable staff. The restaurant has plenty of seating for families and they even offer a prayer room, which adds to the convenience if you need to get a prayer in. This is a little gem!

We've ordered delivery from this place multiple times because their gyro wrap is solid. It has meat, vegetable and carbs all wrapped in a delicious yogurt sauce. I usually will get the wrap and the gyro platter since the wrap unfortunately isn't filling enough but the platter has almost all the same items in the wrap filling along with extra rice and hummus. I personally wish they replaced the hummus with the same sauce they use in the wraps because it just complements the other flavors so much better but all in all the wrap is one of the more affordable items they have and the platter is a good second option for those with bigger appetites.

Located in a small strip mall in Fremont near the Automall parkway / pacific commons! Enough parking spots too. My friends and I visited for a late lunch a few weeks back. We ordered the platters (pictured in the front is the chicken platter!) The food was relatively good, although their pita bread could be better (seems store bought maybe?) The service was quick, with water stations and plastic cutlery for customers to grab. I did order takeout recently and am docking a point because the white sauce (garlic yogurt I presume) had a funky smell... like it wasn't kept in the fridge? But still the takeout portions were fair for the price.

One of the best hidden places in Fremont for falafel.1. We ordered Falafel Wrap.. Its really really good. 2. The ambience of the place is ok but their food is great.3. The tables could have been more clean but because its self serve, I dont thi k people who eat there pickup all their left overa and dump in trash correctly.4. We also ordered curly fries.They were awesome.5. Note that they have ketchup and hot sauce are in top shelf of their refrigerator. Its hidden for newcomers if you dont know where they are.

Hands down the best burger and fries for like $13. The staff is very nice and the service is great. The shop is really big, I've never eaten inside but they have lots of sweets and space.

Came here with high expectations after reading multiple recommendations on Yelp & Instagram from Bay Area food influencers.. and left feeling underwhelmed. We ordered the Avocado Ranch burger with a veggie patty & side of curly fries & a falafel wrap. The burger patty was also falafel, I would have definitely ordered something else had I known that :/ the fries were done really well and crispy and we enjoyed them. The falafel was alright, the sauces and hummus had no great flavours to be very honest. They were just ok, I've had better tasting ones right here in the bay. The restaurant is huge with lots of seating & is also open late so I can see how it can be a place for late night catch ups and convenience but other than this reason, I wouldn't come back here. There are better options!

Open till 2am on weekends, This spot is now my go to spot for late night cravings on a weekend. This place is hole in the wall - small place, big flavors Their chai, veggie burger, veggie pizza and chicken platters are my regular orders

The bacon cheddar burger from this place is so GOOD!!! Highly recommend trying it if your into burgers.Service is great, the people are genuinely nice.
