I'm always looking for small locally owned bakeries to support, and I definitely found a new favorite! I tried the cream cheese sandwich bread which was so incredibly moist, fluffy, and tasty.I also tried the mango jelly and strawberry jelly which are made with fresh fruit! Lightly sweet and refreshing. I'll definitely be back again to try more goodies from Diane Bakery!

This is an amazing bakery! My friend recommended it to me and the bread is the freshest I ever had. I would highly recommend it for people who like authentic Vietnamese style bread. You won't regret coming here; I didn't! 5/5 stars for me

Bon mi sandwiches were amazing, the meat was juicy and succulent while the vegetables were crunchy and fresh. Highly recommended!The bread bun was freshly backed and was slightly crispy, just as I like it.Will definitely come back and also cater to work.

Diane's bread is so soft and fresh! We tried her Vietnamese sandwich, cream cheese sandwich bread, garlic bread, Sponge cake, Turkey rolls and hotdog rolls, and she did not disappoint us on any of those! Her cream-cheese sandwich bread is our favorite. Please support this small business in San Jose!
