My bestfriend took me to Crumbl a few months ago as a first timer and I went back the other day because I saw that they were serving cheesecake.I've seen bad reviews about Crumbl on TikTok but I've had good experiences so far and their cookies have tasted delicious! They have a kiosk which makes ordering quick and easy and the wait is never that long.I'm also a sucker for minimal interior and I'm obsessed with how the place looks. Both batches I've tried did not disappoint and make sure you grab a bottle of milk to go with it. I can't wait to go back and try more flavors!

1350 El Paseo De Saratoga San Jose, CA 95229This was my very first time at a Crumbl Cookie bakery!"Crumbl-Saratoga" is located in the El Paseo de Saratoga shopping center, in West San Jose. Recently, a Yelp friend suggested I try Crumbl cookies because they're so delicious and so unique. But she warned me that they can be pricey and densely high calorie. Well, I saw the bakery and decided I must go check it out. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by a staff member. The place is not like a traditional bakery. It has an atmosphere of a clean and sterile place. There's a menu board and self-service ordering consoles. I looked over the menu, and ordered the Mini Six-Pack for $17.99--Semi Sweet Chocolate Chunk-Banana Split-Chocolate Sea Salt Toffee-Cookie & Cream Milkshake-Cookie Butter Lava-Cowboy CookieI picked one of each as a sampler set.The staff assembled my order, and it was ready in about 5-mins. These cookies are fresh, soft, dense and incredibly good! I preferred the chocolate cookies the most, with the creamy rich chocolate. I'm not going to be an everyday customer of Crumbl Cookies. But the on-site ordering system is quick and easy. The location was clean and bright, and staff was friendly and helpful.Free parking -

No one greets you when you enter-- you just need to order on the screens and wait. The place looks clean, and you can see work that everyone is putting into making these cookies for everyone. However, be careful, not only are these cookies a little on the sugary side (which is okay if you have a sweet tooth)-- you always have to be careful that you're not unknowingly digesting pieces of what appear to be plastic wrapper that they included in the cookie dough, missed, and cooked it. So, it it wasn't for me breaking this cookie into pieces instead of biting straight into it-- I probably would have never known that I was consuming plastic! If something like this is missed, I can not imagine what else is missed while making their treats here. I'll pass on coming back.

We got the box of 4 cookies (cookies and cream Krispy, confetti cake, sugar cookie, and peach cobbler). The portion was definitely on the large side & the sugar cookie and confetti cake have the same cookie base but they were soft with great texture and delicious! The rotating weekly cookie selection with 200+ flavors makes me want to come back to try more. The inside of this location was very clean and almost sterile looking, and it was cool to see the employees making the cookies on site. Overall would probably order the mini cookies next time, but can see the hype & would come back in the future.

I placed an order for pickup so it be ready. I walked in and just stood there. The workers were busy chatting it up making cookies. No one looked up but obviously they saw me standing there. I kept waiting and after about 5 minutes a lady walked up and gave me my order.This week I tried the Birthday Cake ft Oreo cookie and the cookie itself was very good. The cream cheese frosting was very bitter. Had too much sour cream and the sprinkles and Oreo crumbs were just to make it look nice but it also added to the sweetness. Cookie flavors will vary and the cookie I ordered looked like the picture. Service was slow and not approachable. Took a while to get a pick up order. The store was clean and very pink. No one else was in there.

I can definitely see what the hype is all about, you got people coming in every week just to try the new flavors. I do gotta say they are pretty tasty and such a fun way to share with others and see which cookie is the best. I love the cookie cutter too, I could have just used a home butter knife, but that's no fun. Anyways the cookies are huge and are at a reasonable price. I knocked down 1 star only because it's a hit and miss, some cookies are delish while some are just too overly sweet that's got me chugging a whole bottle of water.

Very disappointed with the customer service. I ordered through door dash from Arizona to have cookies sent to my fiancé's groomsman locally. I asked them to just write "will you be my groomsman?" On the outside of the box because there was no option to include it in the order. I have done this with different locations with all of my fiancé's groomsmen, and NEVER had an issue. They were happy to do it, and very nice and respectful. Not this location!

First time at this location i normally go to the milpitas one. i got two macadamia nut cookies and it tastes really weird and the smell was off too not sure if they put too much flour or something but i thought it was just this cookies that were bad so i went back to change them because i've tried the cookies before and i know it doesn't taste like that. but the new cookie we got also tasted the same. the rest of the cookies were good ! i think that one batch of cookies were just messed up. but when we went in one of the workers was on his phone and when we asked to change the cookie they both didn't talk to us just gave us a new one. maybe they were both just tired since we came close to closing so it was okay no worries !
