Crumbl - Cupertino

So excited to welcome Crumbl Cookies to the neighborhood! Have heard so many things about them but believe it or not, had never been to one until today! Yes, they held their Grand Opening celebration today with a free semisweet chocolate chip cookie to anyone who stops by - no purchase necessary! What a great marketing idea and a great way to introduce newbies like me to their shop and offerings! Thank you, Crumbl!The store was bright and visually appealing. All cookies are made in store, fresh daily, with many flavors to choose from on their menu (but only the chocolate chip flavor was free for their promotion). The store was hopping with busy employees all working hard. Service was super friendly and helpful. The line was long (about 15 people before me when I visited) but moved quickly. The menu changes every week with new flavors! They said next week they'll introduce some special flavors for Valentine's Day! How fun!The chocolate chip cookie did NOT disappoint! It was BIG and sweet with a tinge of sea salt and a nice soft/chewy texture. Can't wait to go back (on a less crowded day after their grand opening event) to try more flavors!

Free cookies!! For their grand opening they're giving out free chocolate chip (semisweet) cookies all day.Seems like Crumbl Cookies are popping up everywhere in the Bay Area these days.This location feels a bit smaller than others, but otherwise cookies appeared similar and taste similar.The semisweet chocolate had plenty of chocolate chunks with the right amount of salt for balance. Like many of their cookies, this was a soft, rather than crisp cookie.The sweeter cookies tend to be the ones with icing and toppings. I've found that their more basic cookies tend to be less sweet, like their snickerdoodles.Variety rotates all the time. I do like that they display their cookies, so you can see exactly what you're getting.Service was a-ok.Keep track of calories that are now listed, because Crumbl cookies can be addictive. I'd also suggest looking up the ingredients. Clearly not a health food, lol.

Had the chance to try Crumbl - this is a new location that has opened up recently and so glad it did! It's on the way to work so of course on my way home I decided to try the special Strawberry cake for Valentine's Day Crumbl week! This was absolutely awesome. The service was fast and the cake was soft and moist with the most delicious frosting! The ambiance here is order and go- no seats inside like normal Crumbl locations. Will definitely be going back!
