Craft Pizzeria By Niche

Came as walk-ins for dinner on a Saturday night. Pizzas were delicious (pepporoni, chicken bacon ranch, Honolulu chicken). Also really really enjoyed their curly fries and pizza brownie. Niche, the owner, was so friendly and welcoming. Sector 19 (arcade laser tag) is next door. Kids enjoyed playing while waiting for food.

This place is going viral on tiktok and I was so happy it was local! Right in Hayward!!!The service for me, HORRIBLE. I didn't like the way I was treated by the gentleman taking my order. He didn't have a lick of patience and it was my first time so I had a few questions .. he was very rude! I was way too excited and did not expect that from this place. Because of him, I don't know if I want to return again. NOW the food! Definitely was worth the hype I seen on TikTok!!!! Everything was fresh and hot! For two items I spent $16! The place was hugeeeee and after midnight it was packed out! They close at 3am so I'm sure this is the go to after club spot lol

I came by late after a visit to a friend in a skilled nursing center post-surgery and running some errands, so it was around 10 PM. I had checked, and I was told the kitchen was going to be open until the middle of the night, and it was, so that worked out well. But after I got there, I noticed there was no one inside, except for a table with two guys. Turned out they were working there and were on their meal break. So one guy gets up to take my order, but he's obviously in a rush to get back to his late dinner, since he was clearly not happy that I was not immediately ready to order. I get that you're hungry after a long night, but I did not intentionally come by to interrupt your dinner, and apparently you're still on the clock. So I would have appreciated some patience in explaining the sizes of the pizza and also the beers you had on tap. I eventually ordered a small Combination pizza with a glass of Maui Waui draft. I picked a table and waited...and waited. I was wondering why my order was taking a while when there was no one else in the dining room and there were also no Door Dashers or other drivers or patrons picking up to go orders. It was also just normal crust and not deep dish, so it should've been out fairly fast. Then I noticed that the guy who took my order finally got up from the table after finishing his meal to go into the kitchen. After another long wait, the pizza came at last. And then I realized he was probably the one also cooking the pizzas. And he didn't start my order until he nonchalantly finished his dinner. I think that's really poor time management. You need to stagger the workers and their meal times, so someone is always in the kitchen. The pizza itself was ok. It was pretty much similar to what you would get at Round Table in taste and presentation. And, honestly, that's not a hard knock; I do think RoundTable Pizza is all right...for chain pizza. The dining hall is actually well-lit, new, and replete with nice big screens all over the walls. The tables, though, were not well-cleaned with patches of grease stains still visible. When I left and looked up at the neon signage more closely outside above the door, I laughed. It perfectly metaphorically summed up how I felt about the service and long wait. Freudian slip? Or just sleepy sign installers? Do I come in to order an Italian pie or head to the restroom? Both? (See my pic.)

Called in weeks back because I was craving pizza late one night. Ordered the Hawaiian pizza for myself and garlic fries for my boyfriend. We arrived for pick up to find the venue spacious, well lit, and... empty. Maybe because it was 11PM? Who knows. Staff weren't very welcoming and the place basically seemed as if it was closed despite being branded a place open late. The pizza was okay; could have been cheesier and warmer. My boyfriend noted that the garlic fries he ordered barely had any - I looked and tried for myself and he was right (it was like they sprinkled it on top). The plus side of this place is that it's big and open late. Everything else about it was mediocre - I'd probably give it one more chance but probably on if someone else was paying.

No bottled water No beers on tap Only white claw available and only 2 bottled Negro Modelo AS IN ONLY 2 bottles left on a Friday nite at 9pm Start of foot ball season NO CORONAS or other beer available Came here to watch some pre season football Entire venue is empty Alcohol situation is a NOBUT customer service is nice and pizza came out somewhat hot even though the mushrooms and green bell pepper seemed not all the way cooked Apparently arcade closes at 9 but the restaurant is open till later I called to confirm Venue has a lot of TVs But a lot are not functioning Also we asked if they would be having PPV boxing available and we were told NO This is a family owned restaurant Parking is easy to come by Apple Pay and credit cards accepted

Came here when they first opened and the service and pizza was great. Usually we use grub hub to order from here but yesterday I decided to just go get it myself. I got there and rang the bell they had at the front since no one was at the front counter. I waited about 5 minutes before I rang it again(I try to be understanding when it comes to things like that bc sometimes they're short handed and the person making the pizza might be the same person working the front counter). Another 5 minutes passed and I rang it again and a guy came to the front. I told him my name and said I was there to pick up. Right away his response was "Oh, you're late." I said no I've actually been standing here about 10 minutes. He asked where, I pointed to the front counter. He said o and then asked if I would like to add a drink to my order. I said no, then he said "sorry about that I was outside. I'll give you a soda for free, what kind do you want? I said no thank you, I don't drink soda. He said okay." He pulled there pizza out of a delivery bag behind him. I walked out pretty annoyed. I wasn't going to write a review about this at all, but he pissed me off with the comment about me being late. By the time I got home the pizza was cold and hard. Spent $54 for attitude and cold pizza.

Came here for the first time for my nephews b day party. Food, games and laser tag for kids were great! Definitely will be back. My kids loved it and Very friendly and hard working staff.

Food is excellent Service is great. Owner is cool. My son's birthday party was awesome. All the kids had an amazing time. Good video games & the lazer tag is great too. I highly recommend. & we were able to watch the playoffs @ the Sametime. Nice size tv screen for sports

We had the absolute best Superbowl party with Niche. I recommend anyone having a party to watch sports do it at Craft Pizzeria! Pizza and wings were phenomenal and I can't wait to have the next event there!

This place has instantly become a family favorite of ours! My family and I dined at Craft twice so far and have not been disappointed. I recommend their hawaiian - it's loaded with toppings! What's not to love about a spot like this. Good food, TVs everywhere, tons of seating, spacious, an arcade for kiddos (& adults!), and PLENTY of parking. As for the arcade, it has different hours of operation than the pizzeria - keep that in mind to avoid any disappointment. Lastly, the owner is super nice and provides excellent service. He's so great about checking in on our table and chatting with us. Highly recommend!
