Food - 5/5 Service - 5/5 Ambiance - 5/5 My first experience with Boba Bliss was through DoorDash from another area. Then, while visiting Castro Valley, I discovered this branch.The boba here is fantastic! They offer a wide variety of options for both tea-based and non-tea-based drinks. I usually go for the Strawberry Matcha Latte or Assam Black Tea, but during my most recent visit, I tried the Black Sesame Latte (Cold) and Oolong Tea for the first time. The Black Sesame Latte was incredibly rich and delicious. I recommend mixing it well before drinking, or else the drink gets super thick at the end.The service here is friendly, professional, and fast. I was also pleasantly surprised by the interior design. The space is bright, modern, and trendy, with plenty of seating. They even have power outlets at every table, making it an ideal spot to get some work done.10/10 recommend this place to all boba lovers!

Finally tried this place after the opening madness Parking is challenging in the small parking lot, but it does not deter customer cuz the drinks are off the hook.Had the black sesame latte . So rich and delicious and flavorful. Will definitely go back.

Happy this is now a bit closer to me! I'd have to say we still prefer Boba Guys for their strawberry matcha latte. The one here felt a bit watery despite asking for less ice (lowest we can go). Their seasonal pistachio jasmine dream was good though. I wish they added a bit more of their cream. It feels less heavy than the typical salted cheese foam option. Parking was a slight pain in the ass. They have a decent amount of tables and seats. I'm not sure if I'd want to use this as a study environment though. The music in the background is kinda loud.

My friend and I came here on a Friday maybe around 6pm close to 7pm. Place wasn't packed. We got to order right away. Kind of quiet too. Plenty of parking. I got the taro ube drink, and my friend got a jasmine milk tea with boba. My drink was good. However, the reason I am giving them a 3 star is because my friend found a piece of hair in her drink at the bottom with the boba balls. She told the person in the front. They were pretty nice about it and made her a new one. Other than that, everything else was okay.

Their seasonal pistachio cream is so good. I like it with their jasmine milk tea. Still loving the Vietnamese coffee although they don't have the ube cream at the moment. Please bring it back!

I like the nice clean and modern vibes of the store. The seasonal Pistachio Jasmine Dream was a unique drink to see on the menu, and I think they totally nailed it! Unfortunately, I thought the strawberry matcha latte was on the watery side. But another pro is that although it seemed to be a busy store, we didn't have to wait too long to get our drinks!

It's still one of my favorite boba spots in the Bay Area. The fact that I no longer need to drive 20 minutes to San Ramon to get quality boba drinks makes this location sweeter. I've gotten my usual Thai Green Milk Tea, Brown Sugar Pearl Latte, and Creme Brulee Pearl Lattes multiple times, and the consistency is just as perfect as the San Ramon location.The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a clean and relaxing environment. Since it's close to Christmas, I decided to try their seasonal drink, the Pistachio Jasmine Dream. The jasmine milk tea, complemented by subtle hints of pistachio, feels like the perfect holiday treat. I'm already looking forward to coming back and trying the rest of their seasonal drinks. If you love boba, this place is a must-visit!

Recently tried boba bliss with my family and we really liked it! I had the cold brew cream cheese with boba. My hubby had the Vietnamese ube and he liked it but he said it was too sweet. They do however allow adjustments to sweetness and ice levels.Service is fast and friendly. The decor inside is really cute. They keep the place nice and clean. Parking can be a challenge.

In a mood for boba, we decided to head out to the 'new' boba place! Although Boba Bliss has been open for a few months now, we haven't had a chance to check it out until last night. We used to patronize the establishment that was here before Boba Bliss. I'm glad we came here! The modern and minimal décor is awesome and right down my alley. Upon entering, there are three screens to the right showcasing their menu. In the center is a self-ordering kiosk. It was being used by other customers, so the nice lady behind the counter asked if she can take our order. Although we weren't ready as we were still deciding, I appreciated the initiative to help us. I've become used to associates ignoring customers at other food places. It was refreshing to get good customer service here.I chose the black milk tea with boba. I thoroughly enjoyed my drink, as did my wife who got the Jasmine Dream. We were both satisfied with the drinks as they were tasty and refreshing. If you enjoy a very cold drink, make sure to select 'extra ice' as regular ice might not be cold enough.The drinks came out very fast. Straws and napkins are located at the pickup counter. A decent amount of seating is available across the restaurant. Seats are comfortable and tables are nicely sized for 2-3 drinks. We were very comfortable. I also enjoyed the festive and holiday decorations. A nicely lit Christmas tree and green sheaths across the window added a special touch, especially during this cold and Christmasy time. The two recommendations I'd like to make are 1) Add different sizes for the drinks. I typically like a really large beverage while my wife prefers smaller sized drinks. Offering only one size feels limiting. 2) Basic boba food items would be awesome. At other places, we would order eggette's and other finger foods. This would have made my wife very happy last night and is a great way to boost revenue for the business. I don't live too far from here and look forward to coming back!

A small, private parking lot so free parking if you can find a spot which can be hard with how busy and small the lot is. Walking in, first impression is it's a very nicely decorated place, very bright with the white walls & flooring, and large front windows allowed a lot of natural lighting. The seats were not comfortable despite looking like it. The "cushioned" chairs were actually very thin with wooden backs that were very open so you can't put your bag behind you or else it'll fall out. Alternatively, you could sit on the long wooden benches which although it may allow a lot of seating, is not comfortable after awhile. Lots of tables and seating if you'd like to stay and chat. Since it was busy it was very loud inside so I'm not sure if it'd be comfortable place to study. Not pictured & not tested, there is one gender neutral bathroom. Overall, the ambiance was nice and casual. We ordered three 24 oz drinks which totaled to about $21 with tax. I personally ordered & only tasted the Thai Green Tea (menu says served on Fridays to Sundays only) with Grass Jelly and Oat Milk Substitution at 100% sweetness; I felt like it was alright. The tea part of the drink was very floral and I could not tell if it was that tea part or Oat Milk Substitution that tasted like the drink was a bit watered down.The customer service was great, two very friendly cashiers that made the line go fast. They also greeted and said goodbye when entering and leaving. When the drinks were ready they shout your name in a clear voice. Overall, I would give this place a 3.5/5.
