Blurr Kitchen

Blurr Kitchen is located in a small shopping center in Santa Clara. I showed up about 15 minutes before closing, so parking wasn't an issue. I could see how it could be a problem during peak times. The food was plentiful. Even with all the food being on a warming tray, it seemed fresh. We got a few combo plates for takeout and the portion size was humongous. Literally, we could have shared one plate and still had a ton of left overs. Super excited to have Blurr Kitchen in our "backyard" and looking forward to trying other dishes from them.

WHY IS EVERYTHING HERE SO SALTY? I think if they calmed down on how much msg/sodium chloride they use to prep food, it would be very much appreciated. I remember when they first open, the food was not this salty. But the last few times, I can't finish my food because of how salty it is! The shaken beef salad is now my favorite go to order (it's less salty). And their special house sauce, it's the right kind of spicy; love it!

Blurr is still a great and inexpensive option for food. I can't believe that even after the pandemic and rising food costs, their banh mi and fries combo only increased by $1. The pork banh mi is always delicious as is the fries. The fries however do taste different every time. Today, the sauce was a bit too overpowering, but when it's just right and fried so it's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, it's the best fries ever. The combo I share with my husband and it's way more than enough food for the both of us. I wish I still lived close by because it's hard to find good deals like this in these times.

Great option for solid food at a value, with huge portion sizes and low prices. The staff here is incredibly friendly and let us sample whatever we wanted, and we really liked the variety of options and customizations you could have in a plate. While the food isn't revolutionary, it is enjoyable and for the value we will be back to try other options like the banh mi.

This is a good spot if you're looking for a solid bite to eat at a price point that won't break the bank. The food isn't revolutionary, but it's all tasty and the portion sizes are very generous. The best thing about this place is probably the staff, they are extremely friendly and helpful, and interacting with them made we want to come back regardless of the food.

Wings were excellent and the coconut chicken was fire. Recommend for something quick and easy that tastes good!

I really like their sandwiches with the fresh salad. Also the fry's and wings are really good.

My favorite spot in South Bay. I've been going here for the past 4 years and unlike other places in the bay, this place continues to get better. Bigger portions, delicious food, decent prices. I love this place because the food is delicious AND the portions are so big, it becomes two meals for me. My usual order:* Garlic Noodles* Half Spicy pork, half beef* Green beans* Many orange sauces * FriesIn terms of ambiance, it's Chipotle-style, where you order at the counter and bring it over to the table of your choice. Nothing fancy but perfect for a quick meal. Pro Tip: Use your phone number when you order - they have a "stamp card" situation where if you order 5x, you get a free appetizer. I'll usually go with friends, have them use my number and get Fries to share.

Really consistent, delicious food that's ready quickly. My favorite are their egg rolls. I think they are made to order.

Dropped in since I hadn't been in awhile. I know the ownership charged so I thought I wild check it out. No one inside. No one behind the counter. Food in warming trays looks pretty old. I stand around. Still no one. I check my phone for a bit. Still no one. Either I walked into a crime scene and everyone is dead in the back or this is just bad service. Either way, I left. I won't be coming back. Kinda surprised they stayed in business this long.
