Yay good banh mi! The cold cut pate banh mi was beautiful. The pate was so creamy and smooth, with a strong bite of black pepper. It satisfied my craving, very tasty. Refreshing pickled daikon and carrot. 3 different types of cold cuts. I'd definitely get it again. Very nice and a classic. The 5 spice grilled pork banh mi was just okay. It was a nice warm sandwich, but the pork was a bit too salty for me and a bit dry in some bites. The bread was good, a bit crispy on the outside. Chewy inside. Overall I still enjoyed it but I'm not sure if I would get it again (maybe try a different one next time). They are pretty solid/handy to eat the next day too (the bread won't be as crisp, but flavors are all still very good). It was pretty easy to order on the screen. The parking was a bit difficult at the time I went, lots of restaurants nearby in the plaza.

Had the lemongrass chicken banh mi for lunch. I thought the sandwich could use a little more seasoning and I couldn't really taste the lemongrass flavor. Not sure if it was intentional to keep the banh mi less seasoned; the order came with soy sauce though, so perhaps? The vegetables and bread tasted fresh. The baguette had a crunchy-soft texture which I enjoyed. My company also catered pork eggrolls and spring rolls for appetizers. Spring rolls were incredibly fresh and paired well with the peanut sauce. I'd recommend getting this to try.

Got their OG pate bahn mi (item 1) and five spices pork bahn mi. Really liked the amount of pate they provided, some other places it can really disappear. The five spices pork bahn mi was flavorful too! Bread was pretty crackly for 2pm in the afternoon so I bet it's pretty good if you get there when they just open.Think the only thing they should maybe work on refining is the radish and carrot pickles- it was very mild and not pickle-y.Small but clean/sunny shop, staff was very nice too- I was a bit hidden from the ordering staff due to the line but they picked me out and I got to order quickly!

Pricey, plain and no flavor banh mi. Fried rolls were $3 each so $9 for 3. Wow Won't be going back. Really wanted to like this place.

After our shopping trip, we decided to stop by here to order take out. We were greeted by a friendly cashier upon entering this establishment. We ordered two banh mi and two create your own bowls. The proteins that we picked for the banh mi and bowls were the lemongrass chicken and the 5 spice pork. Both banh mi came with pickled carrots, daikon, cilantro, and jalapeños. The bread was crunchy and crispy. For the bowls, we got the chilled noodles, spring mix, and cucumbers. The second bowl, we got the rice, bean sprouts, and broccoli. All the meats and veggies that they used were very fresh. The meats were very flavorful. We appreciated them for trimming off the fat from the chicken and pork. They gave generous portions and the prices were fairly reasonable.

Decent spot for some banh mi and bowls. Place is small with just 4-5 tables. Bowls are customizable, though there aren't plenty of topping options the protein options are decent. We got tofu rice bowl and lemongrass chicken noodle bowl. They serve in plastic containers even for dine in customers which I wasn't happy about. Most establishments these days have moved to paper and compostable options. Anyway, tofu was surprisingly delectable, it was deep fried and topped with some spicy sauce, it tasted delicious with the hot rice. We tried cucumbers- diced, carrots- pickled, sprouts- untreated and broccoli- blanched and topped with some light sauce as our sides across the two bowls. I recommend the cucumbers and broccoli among them. The lemongrass chicken was delicious as well and beautifully cooked. The chilled noodles came with some sauce which I assume contains fish sauce.

Good for a quick bite after an event at the Santa Clara convention center. I took my bahn mi to go, and it was tasty. I wish I had to enjoy one of their bowls; they looked promising.

Very few options (just 2) for vegetarians. Good place to grab a quick bite. Miso tofu is good option.

Solid option for lunch - quick, convenient, and straightforward. I got my sandwich to go here, and a friend picked it up, so I didn't get to see the store inside, but everything was nicely packaged, and they even gave us an extra box with jalapeños, as these do not come as a given with the banh mi. I noticed fewer meat options than your typical Vietnamese deli. My comparison points are the likes of Lee's and Duc HUONG sandwiches, which have 10+ sandwich options. One glaringly missing menu item that I'd typically expect to see was lemongrass beef or any type of beef for that matter. Nonetheless, the available options were tasty and varied enough to fit any taste/diet, including vegetarian/vegan options. I was hesitant to get a bowl, as the best part of a banh mi is the bread, but I would like to try a bowl one day. I'll definitely be back.

4.5 stars? This has to be a joke. We decided to try this place because HiroNori had a 45min wait, and it's probably one of the worst places I've had in a while. I got the Lemongrass Rice Bowl and typically, Vietnamese lemongrass chicken is a fragrant dish. What I ended up getting tasted like plain boiled chicken with no flavor. There is ZERO lemongrass to it. The sauces provided were Sriracha and Soy Sauce in packets. Where is the fish sauce?! Also limited seatings. Only 3 tables so I assume it's mainly for takeout. Reasonable pricing ($13 for a bowl at time of review) but I wouldn't pay $5 for what I got.
