New Tokyo Japanese Restaurant

Doesn't take long to get the food and the cashiers are super nice. I always get the crab sushi roll and it never disappoint me.

The food is ... okay. Low end chicken products used with some fat and gristle. The food is slightly tasty because of the Teriyaki sauce used. The rice is subpar. They do provide a good amount of food for the price. The employees were very nice and quick after receiving my order.

Had to update review. We ordered dinner from here tonight and 100% honestly - all three of us threw our food out. The teriyaki seasoning/sauce was nonexistent. The hibachi was terrible, truly zero sauce or flavoring and the shrimp tasted off. The sushi was terrible and looked as though it was bought from the Food Lion. We threw away $37 worth of food. Just terrible. Never again. We love to support local but this was a truly crappy experience.

The food is actually pretty good here. I get the chicken and shrimp teriyaki or teak or shrimp teriyaki, with lo mein noodles with onions. The portions are hefty.

I pass this place all the time going in and out of Raleigh. Have always Wanted to stop by but never have. Tonight I was craving Asian food and decided to stop in.I ordered the hibachi chicken and it was absolutely delicious. Food was out in about five minutes and it is so good. I definitely will be coming back again

Don't waste your money on this flavorless trash. The woman who took our order was curt over the phone and when I picked it up. They don't offer you sauces, you have to ask for them - but without them there is literally NO seasoning. The shrimp hibachi is watery, my husband got the steak and chicken combo and both meats were extremely tough and dry. We've ordered three times now, and it's never been great hibachi, but it's gotten progressively worse each time. Don't risk the inconsistency, just go somewhere else (anywhere else) in the area. They're only in business because they're in that shopping center.

Quality is ok, taste is ok. It's not the worst place to eat when you need an Asian bump.

Reasonably priced and quick hibachi style plates available for lunch and dinner. They are closed on Sundays but pretty much available the rest of the week

Closed on Sundays. Terrible business plan! Or maybe they've gouged their prices high enough that they don't need to be open half the weekend.

Delicious meals especially shrimp and steak items. Good customer service is available.
