The WORST pizza place!!!!! Period!!!! I can live with an order mess up! But to change me to fix THEIR mistake; that's it for me!! And, no apologies issued!! I'm a veteran and disabled; I rely heavily on delivery. The driver is the ONLY decent person. Please... avoid New Star Pizza in North Philadelphia at all cost!!!!

I'm giving it 5 stars because they don't serve pork! PIZZA AND WING ZINGS WERE delicious!!! Friendly Staff ! NEGATIVE- we bought e extra large pizzas but as for a 2 small boxes (for leftovers) and they charge .50 PER BOX NEGATIVE- They do not offer military discount Sorry we were so late posting and ate a lot of the pizza! Overal the food is a 6/10, I say this because it's ok but isn't the best. The service is is good overall, I never had a problem with ordering plus it delivers. The ambiance/ atmosphere is alright, it's not much to but a order and go.

I love thier food. We order from them often. Just don't expect utensils and a napkin with big orders. They seldom don't give you those and the delivery driver claim he don't have change for $100 dollar bill even when you tell the person taking the order in advance you need the change for $100.00 but the food is really good. That's the added bonus.

I had good things to say about this place until my order never arrived. This was on Friday. I placed a simple order before 7p.m., and was told it would arrive within 45 minutes to an hour. By 8:45, I called and was told it was being sent. By 10:30 I resigned myself to ramen noodles, and called it a loss. No-one ever called to explain what happened. I'm disappointed, and will find somewhere else.
