I had a mixed experience at Willie's Chicken Shack. First off, the service was great--the server was extremely helpful and friendly. As for the food, I'd rate it a 5/10. While the chicken was decent, the biscuits were the real standout--absolutely mind-blowing and easily the highlight of the meal.The daiquiris were superb, definitely worth trying if you visit. Ok so I'm going to rate this place as I remember it. Disclosure I could have remembered it wrong, it wouldn't be the first time I've done that. So it was about 12:30 am and we had just quenched our thirst at a few places and were hungry. This place was all lit up and blasting music and it was the closest place open that sold food. We got help by a friendly lady. I wanted to order a single biscuit but I guess they don't sell them separately but I wasn't exactly understanding and they ended up just giving it to me. Overall I enjoyed the chicken and biscuits and appreciated the good service. I'd come back but probably only after a night out.

This chicken was so juicy and hot the spot! It wasn't the liquor or the late night food run I swear! I ate it before I could even take a picture but see my fingas baby that chicken was finger licking good

Willie's was my first food stop off the plane and it was as delicious as I remembered. Service was quick and the food came out hot. It's more expensive than I remembered but still a solid chicken spot in the French quarter

I'll admit, I wasn't expecting much from Willie's Chicken Shack given all the hype, but I was pleasantly surprised! Their fried chicken is nothing short of divine--perfectly crunchy on the outside, bursting with flavor, and incredibly juicy on the inside. Plus, the condiments they offer elevate the taste even more. This is exactly the kind of satisfying comfort food you crave after a few drinks. The service was excellent, and the lively, fun ambiance really adds to the experience. Highly recommend!

All I can say is that chicken is amazing. It is a pricey but worth it and you can see them actually make the chicken in front of you and it comes out hot!

This was a really great place for a quick late night meal. Their Cajun chicken tenders meal was great! I have a sweet tooth, but their daiquiri's were a bit too sugary, I got the hurricane, i wish it had more of a fruit punch flavor. I think it was a bit heavy on the Maraschino cherry flavor.

This was probably the best chicken I've had from a "fast food" joint. I was visiting from Nebraska so that should tell you a lot. We have the chain spots, but this is the deal. I need someone to franchise one of these in Omaha, cause that biscuit still lives rent free in my head. Everything was "careful this just came out" hot...and the flavor was flavoring all the way to the bone. The tenders were juicy and the price was what I expected for the area that we are in. Oh and the sauce...chefs kiss. If i go back to NOLA...I'm making time for Willie's cause Bay-beeeee!

Customer service was good. Large restaurant with lots of seating. They have drinks and they have pizza too. Sadly they were out of dark meat which is what I wanted most. I ended up with tenders. The tenders came with fries and a honey buttered biscuit. Tenders were juicy and big. I had a hard time enjoying it because I wanted dark meat so bad and didn't have time to go to another location to get my fix. Flavor was good though and the fries were bomb.
