I called to make sure that there were live crawfish before I drove here. The line was not that long. Employee loaded the 30 lb sack into my truck and told me that I could place an order in advance for busy holidays. Their crawfish were a nice size and my boil turned out well. They have pond or river crawfish. If you are looking for live sacks of crawfish on the Bestbank, give them a try.

We had been searching for a solid spot to grab crawfish. The place had great Yelp reviews. We picked up in the middle of crawfish season so it's hard to blame it on timing. For the crawfish, the seasoning was weak. That's all there is to say. They were under seasoned. Bland crawfish are such a waste. I'm not a super spicy guy, so my expectations are not that high. These just didn't hit the mark.As for the accoutrement, it was a mix between over and undercooked.- corn: overcooked and chewy- potatoes: undercooked big time. I gave two stars because the customer service was great. The guy selling them really believed he had a great product. He also tried to upsell me some fresh shrimp that looked pretty tasty. I passed but I appreciate the salesmanship.

This is the only place my family gets live crawfish! They are always big, clean, and well priced. I love that they always bring it out to the car for me without being asked. When one of the guys saw I was putting the sack in my SUV, he even grabbed a box to put it in for me. Love the pricing, quality, and service here!

Three times I've had to bring back dead or small sacks for replacement when I paid for live and large. I'll admit they usually have the best prices, though maybe that's why.

I love the spice level here. The staff is friendly and they are willing to let you try it to see if you like the taste. The food is omg and the corn? You have to try it. Stop on by

they are amazing in here they work fast the food and seafood is amazing for a good price too i love their crab legs they are seasoned perfectly it is also good that you can get Chinese food there too

My husband bought a sack of live crawfish and put them immediately with ice in an ice chest in an air conditioned building. He came home, most of the crawfish were dead and we immediately called them and had just enough time to drive there before they closed at 6pm on Friday. The gentleman came out and we showed him the crawfish in the ice chest. He agreed that they were dead and immediately gave us a better sack with bigger and cleaner crawfish. In the end, it worked out. They were 1.39 a lb. Happy Lent!!!!!

I shopped at a lot of seafood places over the last few months and settled on this place and couldn't be happier. Prices are right in line with everyone else but the service is spectacular! They are so helpful at the counter and bring the crawfish out to your car. Everyone there is on board with the service part of their business. I won't go anywhere else now

We visited Westbank Seafood on Sunday morning. I had called around all week getting prices for the crawfish boil birthday party we were hosting on Sunday. They were very nice and informative on the phone and had the best prices around. No reservation on sacks-first come first served. It's a small trailer like building that appears to get a truck of crawfish every day. They opened around 8:15am (15 minutes after opening time). The are no reservations taken for orders and when we arrived at 8am there were several people in line already. They offered pond crawfish at $1.99 a pound (very small) and that's what everyone there seemed to be getting. They also offer river crawfish and that's what we ordered. We got 119 pounds of live crawfish. The price was great $3.49 a pound. The size was good, there were not too many dead ones and all our guests left the boil full and happy! We will definitely get crawfish here again!
