The garlic bread is delicious. I started with the French onion soup and it was fantastic. Hubby and I split the shrimp and eggplant Parmesan and it was good. Just wished it had more gooey cheese. Service was great and fast. Shoutout to Josh and Shalea for excellent service!!

Weeknight meal with a girlfriend. Parking is a hassle, but not impossible. Made reservations for 6P. Very busy but noise level not an issue. The decor is typical upscale as you would expect from an institution like Vincent's.Nate J. was our server and he was very attentive without being hovering. Seated at a table for 4 against the wall, so able to converse freely. Ordered the crab ravioli special ($30) and we both decided to forego the bread. Food was served quickly and attractively. Absolutely FANTASTIC taste and portion was perfect ; no leftovers.Checkout was quick. Will definitely return and ask for Nate J.

This place was such a huge disappointment. My husband took me to Vincent's last night for my birthday and in the reservation he noted that we were celebrating my birthday. I ordered the chicken parmesan and he ordered the chicken alfredo. The chicken parm was good but the serving of angel hair pasta which was included was more like a small side portion than what you would expect to come with a dinner entrée. My husbands alfredo sauce was very thin and had very little flavor outside of the bland taste of milk. Since the pandemic most restaurants have scaled back portions and cut corners on food so the things mentioned above didn't seem that out of the ordinary of what we seem to encounter these days while dining out. The final nail in the coffin for us was the fact that to "celebrate" my birthday they brought us out an order of bread pudding with a candle in it - which upon first inspection seemed like a nice touch and rose our opinions up a notch about the overall experience.That is until we got the bill and saw that they had charged us a hefty $9.00 price tag for their mediocre dessert. Had we known we were going to be charged we would have ordered something that we like better than bread pudding. Never in my life have I been charged for something that was brought to my table that I did not order. Rather than balking at the add on dessert we decided it would be better to take this knowledge to the masses with a review than waste our time asking for the item to be removed from our bill.Diners beware!

Always an outstanding meal! Small restaurant, locally owned. Fine Italian food with a New Orleans attitude. I do reccomend you get reservations. You can also dine at the bar (small bar, about 6-7 seats maybe).

I think some clearing up needs to be done here. First, we have been coming here for over 5 years, and we have yet to have a bad meal, bad service or strange charges on our bill. We dress like we belong in a nice restaurant, appearance goes a long way. We also smile, say thank you and use proper table manors. We arrived 30 minutes early, with a reservation for 7:45 and Vincent told us to go right in our table is waiting. Our waitors were prompt, friendly, contouniouly and attentive for the entire meal. The restaurant was full, like usual and the service was perfect. When I don't have to request a server to come to the table even once, that is good service. The food was perfect, sorry I don't have more photos. We will keep coming back for many years to come.Thank you Vincent!

We had an amazing experience here!! We had prior reservations at another place who told us we would have to wait at least 45 minutes and couldn't be seated till 9:30 pm. We called Vincents and Jordan was able to squeeze us in at within 15 minutes on Valentine's Day! He and our waiter Austin helped make our night amazing! We got the sauteed crab claws, meatball appetizer, cannelloni, and chicken Marsala. The food and service was incredible and we will definitely be back!!

I went to dinner on Saturday night and I must say it was a memorable experience in all the wrong ways. 1984 called and wants their decor back, this place is in desperate need of a makeover, is carpet the best choice for flooring in a restaurant? We were seated and it took a pretty long time for waiter to come over, he brought us water and utensils and then he walked away. We had to flag him down to get him to take our drink order, he took the drink order and left despite us wanting to order an appetizer. When he returned we had to request to order an appetizer. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms. When they arrived they were luke warm and not hot. The waiter dropped the appetizer then disappeared, we noticed that we did not have forks in our utensil packet, once again we had to flag the waiter down and request forks. Upon completion of our appetizer we ordered entrees. I had the brucclioni and my companion had chicken parmesan. When the waiter brought the entrees out, he spilled red gravy from my entree plate all over the table, I'm very happy that none got on me. Once again my entree was luke warm and it was okay, nothing special. The service needs attention as does the temperature of the food, decor and cleanliness of the mens room. I will not be returning to Vincent's anytime soon if ever, there are much much better restaurants in the area.
