This place was recommended by my brother while visiting and I'm so glad I stopped in! It was a simple menu but had plenty of choices for sweet or savory desires. The bakery was clean and smelled really good and they had several drinks in a cooler as you walk in. The lady at the front took our order and was very nice. Everything was freshly baked and looked so yummy, it was hard to decide what I wanted. I had a sausage breakfast biscuit and it was super delicious! We also took home some donuts and donut holes. I want to try a kolache next time, they looked like yummy little flaky meat pies. I definitely recommend this small business and I can't wait to go back!

I decided to try this place out after trying out one of the donuts given to me by one of my co workers. This place doesn't disappoint. I bought a mixed dozen of the blue berries and cheese cake donuts. I was blown away and will definitely try again although eating a dozen over four days was pushing my sugar levels. The donuts were still moist and soft though. I will definitely recommend others to give this place a try.

New competitor to the MaryLee donuts in the Calandro's shopping center at the Siegen/Oerkins intersection. Town donuts is on Perkins at the Perkins/YMCA drive intersection in the strip mall where the Papa Johns is located. It's been open 3 weeks at most and been here twice---first time around 10:45 am and there were 2 customers when zi entered and this morning at 7:55 am where there were 7 different customers either before/after me. I gave Mary Lee 5 stars for their product , consistent polite and courteous service and efficiency in getting me in and out---the Town has been the same in my 2 visits so it likewise gets 5 stars. The Town has a few more "breakfast sandwich" offerings than Mary Lee and it appears that their donuts are a little larger however their price for 2 donuts (1 glazed and I filled) plus a small chocolate milk was more than Mary Lee---I know that because I usually pay cash at Nary Lee with a $5 bill and leave the change for tip and the amount left at Town was less than Mary Lee. So, it appears you can get a little larger donut (or breakfast samchwich) from The Town or a smaller product but less expensive from Mary Lee----both are winners to me and I guess it depends how hungry I am when I drive by. Ambiance in the Town is fine--quiet, a few tables and I suspect a pleasant place to dine in or have a cup of coffee---just gives the consumer an additional solid choice in this area.

The donuts are good, and I'm picky about my donuts. The boudin kolache is perfection though. Sweet dough with soft, tasty boudin.

Donuts were excellent and service was quick and friendly. I appreciate the worker being honest as to whether donuts were hot and gave me the option to wait for fresh ones.
