Tofu House

Have only had their tofu pudding. It's made fresh daily and comes with coconut cream and ginger syrup. The usual accompaniments. The small size is $3.75 and it's a lot. 10/10 Will definitely be back to try other things like fresh soybean milk and tofu banh mi.

I love their banh mi combination and the roast pork banh mi. They're the best banh mi around other than Dong Phuong in New Orleans East. It's my go to place since I live on the westbank. Their tofu pudding is delicious also.

I went here by chance because my parents wanted some fried tofu. Tofu House literally has everything I want for a snack or a full blown meal...banh mi, fried tofu, warm tofu with syrup and coconut milk, fried bananas, banana rice cakes, che, etc...My favorite was the warm tofu with syrup. My other close second favorite was the fried bananas! They are huge and crispy with the sweetest bananas on the inside. I think Tofu House is the only one selling these snacks here in the NOLA area. I'll be back to try their banh mi and other sweet treats!

Desserts here are yummy! I get the tofu dessert or random items they have out for the day. I also come here for tofu and fried tofu for various asian recipes. The real star of the show is the fried banana!! You have to come early because it's always sold out. I don't know how they took something so simple but made it sooo good. You have to try it, it's different from your run of the mill hoi cho fried banana. So crispy and delicious.

Probably my favorite banh mi spot on the westbank! Always fresh and just packed with flavor. Service is always top notch and fast. I'm usually just stumbling in to get a combination banh mi if i'm hungry and on Manhattan. They also have a variety of tofu dishes you can get there if you're big on tofu. A pro tip is to try their flavored teas. I randomly got a peach tea and was pleasantly surprised on how good it was. Overall, the restaurant and bathroom is always clean when I come in. Definitely recommend this place if you want some banh mi!

The Tofu House definitely deserves five stars because of its uniqueness that serves an increasingly health conscious Asian community and and provides delicious dessert !I'd definitely recommend the silkened sweetened tofu dessert and try out their different syrup over time. We had the ginger one because it was childhood favorite as they used to serve it on the street in Hong Kong. If I'm in the area again, this is one place I would definitely stop by!

Just devoured the lemon grass tofu bahn mi. It was delicious -- really flavorful and just bursting with freshness. I will def be back

Very tasty. Had the tofu sandwich and it had lots of flavor. Also picked up the Thai tea w Bobo which I do recommend. Will be stopping again during my stay. Sorry no pic. I stopped by close to closing and I inhaled it fast.

Horrible Place.. I Ask the Guy if he could Scoop the tofu thin.. he said we not in Vietnam.. You Ass .. It Doesn't Matter Where We Are.. I Ask .. You Shouldn't Have To Say That.. I Won't Be Returning.. I Used to Get 5 Tofu a Week.. But not Anymore.. Thank You For making that Decision For Me
