So when in the city, I like to try places that are unique and not chains. I was heading to a work event and wanted coffee and a light bite. This popped up on Google maps. I gave it a try.1. Parking is not great but it's the city so there is that.2. Initially when I walked up it was so chill. Ppl were outside chilling and conversing. Walk in and the same. It's a small quaint space.3. It's time to order: of course I asked for like non dairy cold foam and stuff I get at Starbucks. I was initially bummed because what else do I want. There were 2 workers that explained that they make everything in house so they try to keep the menu pretty simple. I ordered a vanilla latte with oat milk, hibiscus Arnold Palmer and a sausage biscuit with strawberry preserves The latte was pretty. It was goodThe hibiscus Arnold Palmer was the bomb! I added 2 Splendas and it was perfectThe star of the show was the biscuit and the jelly. That was some of THE best jelly I ever had. The sausage was good too.I would definitely go again

I have been many times but always forget to take pics. This was a homemade oatmeal cream pie and regular latte. So delicious. They are an eco-conscious establishment , trying their best in a city that is not so props to them. They care about their coffee and they have many gf and df options. The ambiance is a bit crowded but good for dates and catch ups, not studying.

The first salted caramel pecan lattes that both my husband and I had were not hot. They were lroom temperature. We drank them anyway, and my husband went to get a second one and just let the barista know that he would like it hot because the first one wasn't. The barista told my husband I checked and you ordered those over an hour ago and they probably just sat there and got cold. Yes that's true on ordering them an hour ago, but we drank them immediately and sat and played cards afterwards for an hour and that's when he went to get the second latte. Why in the world would somebody argue with a customer? She was very rude to him about it. Rather than argue with her, he just said "OK", but number one, she was wrong number two don't argue with the customer.

The Station was a lovely surprise. We wanted breakfast before our cemetery tour, and this was the closest place to the pickup, but, wow. The website really doesn't reflect what they have on offer. For savoring, they have everything in both a meat and a veggie option, so an Indian Butter Chicken hand pie and a Corn Maque Chox version, which was much appreciated. I had an iced vanilla and cardamom latte. The flavor was great, but it was a little sweet for me. But my breakfast was a Veggie Potpie Pap Tart. And.... woah. It was so good. The pastry was flakey and the filling was warm and well seasoned and plenty of it. I really wanted to try one or all of the sweets, but there were more food stops planned, so I sadly refrained. The place has a great vibe, bright and friendly. It was not overly busy, but for sure popular!!

wow will be coming back. chicken and white bean hand pie was soft and yet flaky. and buttery. the filling was perfectly moist yet crumbly and flavorful. also the drip coffee beats most coffee shops out of the water. other coffee shops have almost burnt-tasting coffee. but the station coffee shop's drip coffee is roasted enough that it brings out the flavors but not to where it tastes burnt. also they have free wifi and lots of seating, even for a sunday. perfect place to study. music isn't loud.

Place was busy on a Saturday morning! Had a savory pop tart and a mixed fruit ... bun? Chai was milked down but the treats were tasty!

Cute coffee shop with indoor and outdoor seating. The baristas were super friendly and helpful. They actually have free refills of drip coffee if you are dining in. We had an apple pastry and an English muffin that were both incredibly dry, so we might skip the pastries next time. I will definitely return. Street parking.

My go-to Mid City coffee shop. This place offers both indoor and outdoor seating when you need a place to study or catch up with an old friend. They also make delicious pastries here like spinach pop-tarts, lemon bars, and koulache buns. They're also super pet-friendly and the baristas often bring out water to any pup that stops by. Pro-tip: Wake up a bit early to get your hands on one of the pop tarts as they do sell out quick!

If the coffee isn't to your liking this is NOT the place to bring it up. Just throw it out and order another one. The barista will argue with you. I did order (and paid for) a second drink and it was perfect the way I wanted it. The place is warm and fun though.
