The Fudgery

Worst service ever. This person sold us a rotten apple and we couldn't return it. Their response was "yea, people have been complaining lately but there's nothing we can do about it because it's an apple." Excuse me? Why even sell them then. The apple was mushy and tasted old and sour (not Apple sour, expired sour). The issue could've been fixed by getting my money back and definitely by keeping the additional information of people complaining lately AFTER I bought it. Angela long is the manager that didn't respond when I reached out and Anahi is the cashier that was rude.

My friend and I stopped by, but no one was there. We waited for about 5 minutes and decided to leave instead of waiting. We walked around the mall a bit and came back later to see if someone was working. Luckily, there was. The prices are definitely above average for the items in store. For the three items purchased it was around $31. I purchased one turtle and it was super salty (5/10). The m&m rice krispy treat was covered in chocolate, but overall pretty good (8/10). If you aren't a super chocolate fan, you might want to stay away. The caramel candy apple was pretty good as well - can't really mess that up! (9/10).

This place is a little slice of magic inside of an outlet mall, why? Because when you walk by you are blinded by large pieces of fudge, chocolate covered pretzels, ice cream, and of course the things that I ended up ordering which was a giant rice crispy treat covered in sprinkles and chocolate and 2 large marshmallows with a stick through it and it was covered in mini m&m's......did I just die and go to heaven? Because that's kind of what it felt like to stop by The Fudgery. Not only was the treats I ordered absolutely delicious (because they totally were) but the staff was super friendly and even gave my friend a price of fudge as a sample. I would definitely recommend anyone in the area or at the mall check this place out because you'll find some delicious treats!

The fudge was a little pricey, but they did have a special where you could Buy 3 and get 1 Free. They were very busy but the cashier was very patient and the Mississippi Mud tasted great as always.

I don't understand the hype. I love fudge but this place is seriously overpriced. $10 for a piece of fudge blows my mind. It's good but not $10 good. The service is awful, with employees more concerned about chatting with each other than assisting customers.

This is my first review ever. Started with this young lady that served us acting very put out and dismissive when my 3 young kids were ordering their ice cream of choice. After she scooped their selection and placed on the counter, my wife and I, as is normal, began distributing to the kids. When I went to pay she started berating my wife for touching them before she was ready. My wife apologized, but this lady couldn't let it go. I asked if I could just pay and move on, she walked away and said she wouldn't serve "these people". Whatever that meant. She called another gentlemen to check us out. Should've probably walked away without purchasing, but it wasn't the kids fault and they just wanted ice cream. Beware of the service here.

Friendly staff and lots of delicious sweets! They make the fudge on site and has many flavors. Feel free to ask for samples and they'll gladly oblige. It's about $10 per slice which is about 1/2 pound each. May not look like much but it IS fudge so alittle goes a long way. It's thick and creamy and an excellent snack with coffee. Take some outside to the eating area and sit and relax, watch the boats go by on the river.

Nastiest apples they are rotten and bitter do not recommend especially for the price you're paying.

This is what you get when you order door dash apparently...this is 2 turtles my gf got for me. I don't know if they just melted it before the sent it or this is just fudgery fudgeting. Disappointed to say the least

I wish I could recommend but we stood at the counter waiting to be helped for 10 minutes while the girl working there played on her phone in the corner. Bad part is, she actually looked up 3 times and made eye contact but would not help us. Screw that, these people working just act like you are inconveniencing them when you try to make a purchase. Don't need fudge that bad.
