Hit up The Franklin for happy hour, and this place has such a cool, laid-back vibe. It's the perfect local spot to kick back and relax. The service? On point. Everyone on staff was super friendly, which always makes things better.Now, onto the good stuff: the drinks are fantastic--exactly what you want from a happy hour. But the real winners for me? The truffle fries and cheese plate. I could munch on those all night! If you're looking for a chill spot to hang out with friends and sip on great cocktails, The Franklin is where it's at. Definitely coming back!

The salad was a refreshing starter, featuring crisp greens and a light, flavorful dressing that didn't overpower the natural freshness of the ingredients. The lollipop lamb chops, however, stole the show. Cooked to a tender, juicy finish and seasoned with just the right blend of spices, they were absolutely divine--each bite a testament to the chef's skill and attention to detail.Our server was attentive and genuinely kind, adding a warm, personal touch to the evening. What stood out most was the extensive selection of mocktails for those who prefer non-alcoholic options. Love this place! Great ambience and vibe. Wonderful waitstaff! Food options are amazing and it was all fantastic. The salad fresh, and yummy and perfect. Chicken Parm plentiful and amazing. And nothing plain Jane about the burger. So delicious! Average cost !26 per item, but had the best eating experience!

Really cool spot in the neighborhood. We enjoyed the food, the vibe, and the outdoor seating. The service was great, drinks good, prices fair, and tasty items on the menu.Although we missed happy hour, they have great deals! I've fallen in love w| this restaurant/bar!!Perfectly located in the Marigny which isn't in the hustle and bustle of the city; However, not too far away at all. I love the feel of the place from the first time I walked in. Quaint but cute! Service was superb and everyone so welcoming. I ordered the Chicken Parm-- so good and such a big portion which was a plus! Drinks were flawlessly flawless and very tasteful. Again this has truly become one of my favorites!!

The food was pretty good, though I did wish the portions were a bit larger. But let's talk about the service--absolutely phenomenal! The dimly lit, intimate setting made for a perfect night out, and the cocktails? Crafted with such attention to detail and tasted amazing. Definitely a place worth visiting!

Hidden Gem I was recommended to try here by a friend and also TikTok posts. Corner bar/restaurant in the Bywater /Marigny are of New Orleans. Chef inspired food and cocktails. Recommend happy hour but would also love to come back for a dinner (when we allow ourselves NOT to get stuffed full with apps )All of the apps in my pictures were beyond Devine! I highly recommend this spot and PLEASE get all of the things in my pictures.

Its a nice and cute place. The hostess greeted us immediately as we walked in. It took a little to get a server but once we got one it went pretty smooth. I wanted to try this place based off the pictures on yelp. I was a little disappointed that most of the food I wanted to order was no longer on the menu. I ended ordering the lamb chops, frog legs, salad, and fries. The lamb chops were the best I ever had. They were cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly. The frog legs were good and crispy just wished they had a little more seasoning. Fries and salad were great too. Im glad everything I had was great, it def made up for my disappointment. Cant wait to go back

Second time here! Menu is sweet and simple but everything tastes amazing. First time I came with my boyfriend . I don't remember what I had but it was good. This time it was a quick in and out visit as I honestly had to use the bathroom but was also looking for a quick bite and drink before I had to pick up my daughter. The bartender was pleasant and quick. She was also very knowledgeable about the menu. I love the small quaintness of it and will definitely be back. It's perfect for couples or even if you're rolling alone or have a small group.

Yesterday, friends and I went to the Franklin for Happy Hour and dinner. The staff were so accommodating. We didn't have reservations and were initially told it would be a 2 hour wait, but they would see what they could do to seat us sooner. My friends and I began looking for alternative places to go, but shortly after we were advised they had a no show and they would give us their reservation. So happy we didn't leave because I enjoyed everything from the drinks to the food. The Marigny daiquiri is really good. I enjoyed the Hamachi crostini and garlic parmesan fries but star of the show was most definitely the chicken parmesan. The breading on the chicken was delicious and the chicken was HUGE. I definitely was not able to finish my dish. I definitely will be returning and while I would like to try other items on the menu I have a feeling I'll be getting the chicken parm again
