Greeted by a very nice and warm host, the burger was outstanding, get a double or triple with extra Ella sauce. The fries were seasoned and crispy to our liking, and last but not least they were playing some cool music to complement the vibe.

This was a nice little spot. The burgers were good and the staff were really nice. The prices were reasonable. I had the patty melt and my husband had a double. We ordered fries which were seasoned well but not really hot. I didn't care for the cane dipping sauce either. Overall it was a good meal.

I went in with high hopes, but left disappointed. I had the single burger with fries. I did not finish the burger or fries. The meat was a very thin patty and crumbly. I like mayonnaise, but there was more mayonnaise than meat. The fries were very salty and greasy. The grilled onions on the burger were soggy as well.There's no table service (or drink refills since there's no fountain drinks). Ordering is done from the counter, but they will bring your order to your table. The seating indoors is limited, but there's a patio.

Impressed with my first visit to The Flats. Very relaxed and chill environment with a nice sized bar. The menu is consistent with most burger joints. I ordered the double burger and it was fantastic. Great meat flavor and lightly toasted bun. The fries looked great, but I didn't order any. Great service.

I love a good smash burger! Definitely have to get a double or triple because of how thin they are. The fries are kinda steak/wedge style. Seasoned so good. They have a nice water and ice station with take home cups. My burger was slightly cold and cheese was barely melted but tasted great. Only thing that kept it from 5 star. The ambiance with the inside and outside area is super cozy.

Yes I do recommend this restaurant the burger was so good and juicy, we added bacon to our burgers and oh my it was cooked perfect. Had a crunch on it. Some wide big pieces of bacon. There fries were hot , fresh, and crispy outside as well. I text my boyfriend right away and told him how much he would like this place. We will definitely be back! Me and my best friend enjoyed the atmosphere. There was music playing if you sat outside there was umbrellas to keep the sun from beaming down on you. The bathrooms were nice and clean. They were busy but it didn't take long to get the food. Looking forward to coming back.

I went for St. Patrick's Day and tried the Andes mint froze! Amazing!!! It was my 2nd time getting the chicken sandwich.......HIGHLY recommend! Fries were delicious too along with the jalapeño herb ranch! Great environment and service!!

Excellent smash burger, well seasoned and fresh cut fries that were not wedge but on larger side and were well executed.I got the single but should have got the double:) but even with single patty burger had lots more of flavor and I'll be back the next time I'm in Lafayette
