Beria was awesome. She greeted us immediately after our time was up. Although, we did not complete our mission. Her customer service was beyond great. I was a first timer & this will certainly not be my last. Thanks for making us feel welcome during or visit here and showing my granddaughter the Playground. As well as, taking additional time to show us how we could have potentially finish our mission...lol!

The workers here are so nice and friendly. I had some credits that I wanted to use, but it turns out that I wasn't able to use it at this location. The girl at reception was super helpful and sorted it out for me. We did the playground at this location with just 2 players, and it was fun! The game master really tried her best in moving us along since there's a lot to do in that room. With just 2 players, there was simply just not enough hands. I'm super happy that they let us did this room anyway, since I think 4 is the recommended minimum number. I think I'd agree with that number because there would be some back and forth running with just 2 players. I think this is the biggest room out of all the Escape Game rooms I've tried. Overall, I'd recommend stopping by here for a game + air conditioning.

My friends wanted to go to an escape room during our visit to New Orleans. I was hesitant because my confidence level of being smart enough to figure my way out in 60 minutes was low, and I was worried I'd get left behind in a room by myself. However, the expert in our group assured me, that as a team, the three of us would succeed. We screwed up our arrival time and, thankfully, someone called us and was kind enough to reschedule us for an hour later. Initially we were supposed to be in the Playground but were reassigned to Special Ops, which sounded more difficult. Turns out I was right! Even the expert was struggling a bit as we tried to solve the complex puzzles and riddles. Thankfully, our escape room coach was fantastic and provided clues as needed. I was thrilled when we made it out with 4 minutes to spare. I still doubt I could have completed the mission on my own, but as a team we did it!If you are looking for a fun, immersive adventure that will put your critical thinking skills to the test then The Escape Game New Orleans is your place. The staff were all very friendly, engaging, and helpful. I would do it again.

This review will mostly be for our game master Henry, he is one of those rare people you meet who genuinely enjoy their jobs. He seemed to be really excited for us when we escaped. He went above and beyond by drawing a picture of us because he found out we we're getting married. I was very genuinely surprised by the card and I can't express how much it made our day to meet such a great person. Was such a great way to finish out New Orleans trip because we went to the airport after this As far as the room, we did special ops room. The room was beautifully designed. Had great props and gave you an immersive experience. The rooms were smaller which made the whole thing seem shorter than I expected and it was rated 8/10 difficulty but our group did find it to be easier than that. Our group is pretty experienced with escape rooms which is why this review might be skewed since Henry did comment that the places most groups get stuck we blew by. I would say this room, considering the puzzles, decorations, immersive experience and length. I'd rate that experience as above average.

I do escape rooms frequently and can honestly say this was one of the better ones. We did the heist and it was a bit difficult. In a fun way though. We were in a room with quite a large group. The rooms were a little too small for all of us in there at once but other than that, all was well. We also got out which always helps with an experience.

I've done a few escape rooms all over the country and this was definitely one of the better designed ones in terms of props, use of technology, and puzzle mechanics. We did the Special Ops one that apparently has a 30% success rate. I didn't find it difficult as the clues were pretty straightforward, but I am docking one star because we were literally stuck on a game malfunction for 5-10 minutes. There was something on the screen that was supposed to scroll, and the touch screen allowed us to touch it but not scroll to the piece that we needed to see. It was incredibly frustrating and we tried to figure out if we needed to do solve a puzzle to unlock the scrolling mechanic. We ultimately solved the escape room by guessing what that missing information could be. We asked for no hints unless we asked for one, but I feel that a known game malfunction should've been addressed. When we asked our gamemaster afterwards, she said that it sometimes doesn't work, so this was not specific to our game. Overall it was still fun (bring a flashlight by the way) but our group was pretty competitive and I didn't like that a game malfunction affected our time.

This was our first ever experience with an escape room, and we had SO much fun!!! I wanted to do another room right after finishing my first game, but I'm poor (haha only half kidding)We tried "The Playground" room. It was SUCH A BLAST!! I highly recommend it! It's the easiest one at this facility, but we still had to ask for hints. Some of the tasks we had to accomplish weren't that easy (especially if you're new to this)! There were a lot of tasks to accomplish within a short window of time, so it's meant for a larger group (the capacity is 12 instead of 8 like the other rooms) to divide and conquer. We had 4 people in our group and I thought that was a good number for the room. I do think if it was only 2 people, we would have been much more pressed for time and not made it out. Our game guide (I think Techie was his name?) was fantastic too, he made sure we were making good time and dropped hints well when we needed it! This particular room (The Playground) is really challenging for anyone who is colorblind because a lot of the clues/answers/puzzles are color based. If you're colorblind, you would probably do better choosing a different room.

My wife and I had a great time. It was just the two of us. So the rooms were a bit more difficult with just the two of us. After the first one, we booked another on the spot. Sage was great and very welcoming. Highly recommend!
