Best place to stumble upon when you unexpectedly need a shoe repair. They welcomed me with open arms (barefoot) and provided local recommendations. As I had a shoe repair I thoroughly enjoyed being greeted by the owners with wine and local fare. It was a top notch hospitality experience!

Stopped in to do a little Easter Brunch prepping and found the shop to be really quaint. The wine and spirit selection is small but well curated. From my quick perusing I saw wines from all over the world. Was extremely impressed with their Scotch offerings as well as their Mezcales. If you're looking for a great gift for a wine aficionado or a Scotch/Whiskey lover this is your spot.

I came for the free FridayWine tasting, 5-7 PM. The crowd was friendly and small, which makes me want to come for the Friday tasting time and time again! There was also a wide variety of cheese and meat to try with your wine selection- YUM!The wine selection is really good, and the staff are knowledgeable. It's very nicely laid out, so it's easy to find different varietals of wine. They also sell a small selection of cheeses and meats, as well as beer and liquor. It's also dog friendly, so bring your furry friends! The owner actually ha a bag of treats for our well behaved four legged friends. I highly recommend checking this place out for your next dinner party or other wine needs. Definitely one of the best places to get a good variety of wine uptown!

Excellent service. Very helpful. Welcome and inviting and not snobbish at all. If they don't have the wine you are looking for they will order it for you.

This place is a true gem! I stumbled upon it on my way home looking for a last minute 'thank you' gift and the gentlemen working that afternoon (10/26/2017) was not only helpful, but had amazing taste! He exposed me to two different small batch bourbons to which neither failed to impress. Thank you again for the information and exposure to something new; I'll definitely be back to purchase again!

Loved this shop. I was visiting from CA and wanted some nice wine for the hotel room. The woman working was so helpful and gave wonderful wine recommendations according to taste. And then she wrote down dinner recommendations for us to check out. Just the service a tourist needs!

Love this place. They do free tastings every Friday from 5-7 (usually 4-5 wines in the $15-40 range). They also have a great selection of wines in the $20-30 range and a bunch of super fun/funky natural wines. The owner is really knowledgeable and will happily recommend wines you'll like in your price range.

The worst customer service I have every experienced. The guy seemed to be extremely prejudiced and was rude when I asked questions and certainly was looking for me to leave his store. I strongly recommend you do not go here. New Orleans has much better places to visit with far better service. I don't understand why people open businesses and dont remember customer service is the number one thing that should be front and center....Don't Go!!

Usually this place is a great local wine store that I have attended twice since I moved into the area two weeks ago. However, today I went to their Friday wine tasting and the man serving the wine and explaining the wine, was very rude. I was with my girlfriend (we are both 22) and I guess he did not want to give the young, of age, girls any attention and therefore completely ignored us and was clearly offering much less to us than he was to the others. I wanted to buy a bottle but due to this man belittling us, we just left the place. We had to force and ask him to give us a little bit of some of the white wine while he was being generous with all the older adults. Next time treat all your customers equally and you might make some extra money! (I dont believe the man works there aside from friday wine tasting so other than this situation the place is great)
