Spare Donuts

I have been here twice and today was my first time trying their breakfast sandwich. Last time, I just got a donut to try out this new place, but seeing their bkfsts in the display made me know I had to come back in the future. They are priced so well, under $4 for a generously filled croissant with freshly made eggs and cooked protein. It reminds me so much of an NYC breakfast cart BEC in the absolute best way possible. I miss that taste, convenience and price so much and so happy I found it here in Covington. The owners and workers are so nice and they had plenty to offer from sweets, to smoothies and a fully stocked beverage cooler. Worth a stop for a quick bite, donuts for the kids and budget friendly (while supporting a local biz).

Woo hoo!! I was queen for the day at the office for bringing and introducing everyone to Spare Donuts. We all chatted about how light and tasty these treats were. Blueberry cake was a hit. My colleague's kids devoured the Mardi Gras and chocolate glazed donuts. We were all super impressed. The staff was also really helpful and the interior was inviting. I look forward to returning and trying more options.

Such a great price for some delicious donuts and breakfast croissants! The perfect stop while we were traveling from Louisiana to Alabama. The donuts are SO thick.

Second time going into spare donuts. The first time I was just looking around since they just opened and the owners were amazing, knew I'd be back just on how nice the owners are.Came back in with my wife and got a little bit of everything. Was amazing and will be back again. Made for a great morning.

My favorite donuts on the Northshore and they also have great kolaches. Always great service as well, Fa is very kind and fast getting orders out. They also have great prices, 10/10 recommend Spare Donuts, they are great!

This was my first time, but have been wanting to give it a shot. The selection is reasonable to other local places. The guys working there are very nice and friendly. Service was attentive and fast. The ambiance is like any donut shop, except it wasn't a sit down place, but has a drive through. The price was reasonable and in some ways cheaper than some local places. Let's talk about the donuts. The donuts were fantastic! It was light and airy, very different from a lot of places around here. The light and airy consistency really pulls together the flavors of the donuts. I got a dozen with donut holes and 2 maple bacon. Would I come back? Yes most definitely. They also have savory breads and boba teas! I will definitely come back to try!

Just tried them for the first time a couple weeks ago, and now I'm hooked. I used the online ordering option and within seconds I was texted back asking what time I would like to pick up to make sure they were ready. Fantastic customer service! I love that they are open early to pick them up before work. And the donuts were incredible! Light and airy with delicious flavor. Can't wait to go back and try their teas and breakfast items!

We just stopped here. Customer service was excellent as were all the breakfast sandwiches. Price was outstanding as well. Highly recommend!
