Slidell Seafood West

The boiled crabs and crawfish are fantastic. However, the lady who runs the front not only overcharged me once, but a second time on a separate occasion. First time, charged me an extra bag of corn. More recently, I purchased the crab special that was buy a dozen and get 1/2 dozen free. I only received 17 crabs and she gave me 2 on the table that was sitting there for god knows how long and a bunch of crab claws. They were probably unsaleable cuz they were hollow. I won't be returning again.

First of all the place is clean and tidy. The guys working the counter were very helpful and considerate. We got the brown bag special which is crab and shrimp and an order of mixed sides. All were seasoned perfectly. We would love to give this place a 5 but our shrimp were so over cooked they were chewy.
