Singleton's Mini Mart

Quaint, efficient and friendly family-owned establishment. For a quick lunch on site or to take to the fly/river it is very convenient. The Vietnamese Poboy is the star, and the fried rice is also tasty. I have not been keen on the Korean meatball poboy over the last year. Overall a fast and friendly experience.

It's called a mini mart, but honestly, there wasn't much of a mart. Some beverages, some snacks, some of this and that. The bulk of the store's public square footage is occupied by tables and chairs, there to support the star...their kitchen.I came for the Vietnamese food. On my first visit, I picked up Pork Sliders and Chicken Vermicelli. When my food came out, I felt how heavy my containers were, so I knew they didn't skimp on the portions. Dug in when I got back to the office and I was not disappointed. Meats in both orders were seasoned well and cooked just right, tender and flavorful.Turns out everyone at the office are already fans and know the staff by name. (I'm late!) They tend to go for their po boys and daily specials. Gotta try 'em all!

Had to go for a work training in the neighborhood and found this place on Yelp. Did not disappoint. I had the Korean Pork Wrap and egg rolls. The pork wraps were flavorful and spicy. The pork rolls were also great. Would definitely go back.

Came on a Saturday for the pho with a friend who suggested this place and it did not disappoint. The pho broth was nice and flavorful. The customer service was great. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Will definitely be back

Wow, one of the best sandwiches/poboys I've had.Great prices.Surf and turf was scrumptious with generous portions. Would recommend, and will be back to try other selections.

Small corner store serving delicious banh mi-style poboys and traditional poboys. I recommend the Korean BBQ pork poboy dressed Vietnamese style - the cashier said it was their signature dish.

My first time ordering from singleton's. I got the club sandwich. Decent sandwich. Was charged 7.99 which seemed high for a club. I grabbed a menu and left. After getting home and looking at the newly printed covid to go menu, I noticed the club is 6.99. I called to let them know i was overcharged and the lady tells me the price went up. Well I have a brand new menu that says the price is 6.99. So then she tells me her husband printed the menu wrong. I get that small businesses are hurting but to overcharge ppl is just not right. I not returning because of the dishonesty. If you decide to eat here, double check your receipt before leaving!

Love this place! The owners and employees are so nice and the service is excellent. They make you feel at home in their little mini mart. Delicious pho, spring rolls, vermicelli with grilled pork and egg rolls, and po boys! Would recommend for sure!!

Read lots about this place on some different food sites and was. It disappointed. I got the Korean BBQ pork to try something different and it was great.
