Shake Shack Metairie

I recently visited the Shake Shack in Metairie, LA, and had a delightful experience. The burger I ordered was very good and bursting with flavor. Each bite reminded me of a homestyle cookout where everyone picks their own condiments, thanks to the fresh, high-quality ingredients used.The ambience at this Shake Shack is one of casual dining, filled with friendly faces and a welcoming atmosphere. It's the kind of place where you can relax and enjoy your meal without any rush. The service is mostly self-serve, with customers placing their orders on a kiosk and then having an associate bring the food to their table. This efficient system ensures a smooth and quick dining experience.Overall, my visit to Shake Shack in Metairie was pretty good. The combination of delicious food, casual setting, and friendly service made it a place I'd definitely return to.

Shake Shake still one of the best fast casual places for a burger in Metairie. Burgers are always juicy and toppings are fresh. Usually everyone's happy in the group when we get food here, because it's yummy and high quality.Love the crinkle cut fries (more interesting texture) and indulgent options like the shakes and custard.

Parking lot is very tight; located close to Lakeside. The restaurant is cute but food is nothing to write home about. I ordered the white truffle 'shroom burger with an order of crinkle cut fries and a fifty/fifty to drink. My burger was fried well and cheesy but the taste was bland. Fries were similar to Ore-Ida. I had to use multiple cups of ketchup to get a little kick of flavor. Fifty/ fifty drink was not sweet. Refills were free but I did not even want a refill! Employees did walk around and check on us so that was a plus. Overall, I would pass on this restaurant.

Tried this place twice. 1st time we sat in, it was dirty, loud, and staff were on their phones and not paying attention. Asked for food more than once and finally they realized it had been sitting there the entire time so everything was cold. 2nd time we ordered pick up. Not busy, place was empty. Waited 30 minutes even though we pre-ordered. Staff person left and went outside to his vehicle. I asked another staffer, again they realized food had been sitting on shelf the entire time I was waiting. Again, cold food which was sloppy (burger not on bun), fries cold and drowning in salt, sauce wasn't included even though on the ticket. I landed up tossing it. Just not good and service is terrible. Maybe try 5 guys, at least it is fresh and hot.

Well, well...I finally tried this place and, I must say, it was just OKAY lol. I'm giving it 3 stars primarily because of the cheese fries. That cheese sauce is so, so good. Pair that with a hot bed of fries: chef's kiss. I also tried the Shackburger. The meat was moist with mild flavor. What threw me for a loop was the SIZE. Think happy meal burger from McDonald's. That's how tiny the burger was. I do appreciate the soft and, what appeared to be, buttery bun. The burger was a 7/10 overall, in my opinion.I would like to try the shakes one day but I'm in no rush to go back. Service was okay.

My son and I came for dinner one evening. He's a picky 6 year old and he ate his ENTIRE burger and fries. He enjoyed his dragon fruit lemonade as well. Fun atmosphere. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because there was about 8-10 employees behind the counter, the place was empty and there's still dirty tables with order numbers on them. My son wiped down our table with napkins and put the previous number back so we could sit and wait for our food.

A very plain and poorly flavored burger. It was small service was fine, but nothing special, and there was no real ambience. The burger was not nearly as good as a Burger King whopper.

Awww man they've got something great over here. The Koran BBQ chicken sandwich is truly top tier deliciousness. Wasn't to crowded inside and the plexiglass around each booth, along with sanitizer and signs to wear a mask were great covid touches. Back to the sandwich it wasn't a large chicken sandwiches but sized pretty ok. Everything of course is a-la-cart I got the fries with the special Koran sauce. It tasted ok. I know this sandwich is probably a limited time offer so I will be going back soon to get another one!

Food was fresh and tasty! Jasmin and Angel were awesome with customer service! Ambiance was nice organized and clean. Keep it up!

very, very, very slow slow service for anybody ordering online or doing delivery service. You're going to wait there at least 20 minutes at least I waited there 30 minutes for an order that was a cheese quesadilla. There was people coming in the restaurant going through the line and getting their food, eat it and leaving before I even got my food. y'all need to take notes from the store in Elmwood I have never waited this long for food from Elmwood
