Rush Bowls

Great vibes All the way around! The owner was very happy and bubbly, which is different than a majority of places I've been to. We got a fruit bowl and a shake, all made from fresh ingredients! It's definitely better than grease that's for sure!

I went and checked out Rush Bowl's new location! The inside is vibrantly decorated, and they have a lot on the menu. I went in the afternoon, and it look a pretty decent amount of time to get my bowl (about 20-30 min from the time I entered to when I was handed my bowl). However, I know they're new and probably working out the kinks. Also, the paper menus don't correctly correspond with the menu being projected on the screens. I ordered the Dragon Bowl, and the menu being projected says it comes topped with Chocolate Sauce while the paper menu said it was topped with honey. When I asked for honey and was confused with what topping the bowl came with, the staff did not seem to understand what I was saying.Additionally, I know these bowls are projected as being "healthy," but a lot of them contain frozen yogurt, chocolate sauce, or juices. My bowl was a little too sweet for a meal--but for a snack, this could be a good place!

I decided to finally stop by and give this place a try after running errands this morning. We will DEFINITELY be back! The young man working was so polite, patient, and personable! Of course I had so many questions, he answered every single one! My mother and I ordered two different bowls and pup cups ( yes they gave treats for the fur babies!). Fresh ingredients, made to order, great prices. Highly recommend!

Staff is super friendly and attentive to food allergies. Never have to wait longer than 5 minutes and the food is consistent and delicious.

Conveniently located in the shopping center with Langenstein's. Sent my husband in to get a BEACH BOWL for me.That was on their 2nd day being opened & he was out in 4 minutes with a beautiful & very large Bowl.Delicious & made exactly as I asked (no granola). I couldn't eat it all so put what was left in the freezer, defrosted to sort of slushy & had the rest for dessert after dinner.

And then the owner pulls security footage to see what happened during our visit. To discredit my review. Not creepy or overbearing at all.

Never confirmed order for pickup and wasn't able to get refund despite calling customer service. Apparently order had been ready for 45 min but wasn't shown as ready

1st staff was not helpful, I had a few questions and after waiting patiently for the customer in front of me the server moved to the person behind me and took that person's order totally ignoring me. Customer service was poor and lacked product knowledge to ensure the customer the best possible experience. I asked for a smoothie that would taste like strawberry, but it tasted like banana. So for my 1st experience, I say this is a no-go for going back unless servers get better training or more help (she was by herself). She would stop making smoothies to take orders. I guess then you could not leave. I hate giving negative reviews, but this was a huge disappointment. Oh, and they don't give itemized receipts. I asked for one which my work requires, and she only gave the merchant credit card copy that is not itemized.

My daughter and I love going to the different smoothie and bowls places in the New Orleans area but this place did not offer a great customer service or a known knowledge of the products they serve. Does this below look like the pictures on the website?

I couldn't wait to try this place & I can't wait to go back! I got the kreamsicle and tbh it wasn't my fave but not because there was anything wrong with the way it was made or the ingredients, it just wasn't my fave flavor but I still enjoyed the freshness and I can't wait to try the paradise bowl!
