Rue Chow Food Truck

Rue Chow is the best option for food at Stennis Space Center. The food is always good. The menu has variety throughout the week. The service is really nice and they know how to pump out the food to keep the line moving. If you're out at SSC, Rue Chow is the way to go.

A coworker recommended this place instead of going to the work cafeteria. I tried their Korean BBQ sandwich and HOLY COW it's good! Now I'm there every chance I get. I keep ordering the same thing however I've heard everything on the menu is good. Definitely recommend this food truck, very unique and delicious!

!*!*!* oh EMmm GeeE!! I can not say ENOUGH about this AMAZING food truck, that catered my daugthers's wedding!!! The food was not the typical food it was, elegant, it was DELICIOUS, it was pretty!!! Not typical wedding food!!! And every one KNOWS how I feel about the beignets!!! - Didn't even have wedding cake! The owners are kind & talented & happy & wonderful!!!!! Call them I tell ya.. CALL them !!!!!

I've only seen them out a couple times at festivals and company parking lots because they're from Covington, LA, but really wish they had a restaurant--or at least another truck based in New Orleans. This is one of the best food trucks in New Orleans and surrounding areas and definitely my favorite! With formal culinary school backgrounds, this chef couple would make as good a magazine profile as they make their tasty and creative cuisine. If you happen to notice them on the street, stop immediately and place some orders -- you will not be disappointed!
