Ate here while I was staying at the Holiday Inn next door. The service was slow despite not being busy. The burger I ordered was very disappointing and the fries were room temp. It gets two starts because at least they had SpongeBob on the TV.

Best place for a Bloody Mary in Gretna. Most highly recommended for a fun time with great service.

While staying at the holiday in. I decided to stop here and grab a bite to eat and a drink.i placed my order within 5 minutes of sitting and the bartender went off to wait for other customers. After 20 minutes and no cocktail, i waved for the waiter and told her I'd like my drink for here. She apologized and made the weakest 12 dollar margarita I've ever had. Nothing but syrup..... after 30 min my food finally came. The mozzarella sticks were cold, hard and no marinara, fries were cold....almost as if they were from someone else's plate. The burger, however, was very tasty. I don't recommend this place if you have other options

We decided to come down for a drink because well, it was free and we made use of our drink ticket. The service is fast, staff is beyond friendly! And the food is for lack of a better word, diner food, but good. Our drink card came with wings- so we ordered our drinks, and picked the Thai chili wings. They are a little appetizer so it came with 4 wings, and you can't complain because it was free. We ordered the chicken strips which came with house made chips and I ordered the cheese quesadilla. This was our snack after we arrived at the hotel, so nothing fancy or super filling. The quesadilla was BOMB! It had grilled onions and peppers inside, served with sour cream, and salsa. The grilled veggies on the inside really made this filling and so delicious, better than just some cheese and tortilla which I expected to receive. The chicken strip were good, a little under fried. But my friend said the chicken was moist and tasty. The chips were good and it was served with a side of honey mustard sauce. We'd come by again! Super convenient and good food, the staff really makes this place more enjoyable

Th Roundhouse is located inside/next to the Holiday Inn, but doesn't feel like a hotel restaurant. It has a sports bar feel with numerous flat screens, a bunch of good beers and good food.I have been here numerous times and have always had great food. The menu should appeal to most regardless of what your looking for. Roundhouse has grilled fish, wraps, sandwiches and salads.Their buffalo chicken salad is one of my favorite items. Fried chicken strips with buffalo sauce in a salad with lettuce, onion, tomato and blue cheese crumbles make an excellent lunch.Their sandwiches are also very good with the steak sandwich being my favorite. The sandwich consists of a small sirloin on french cooked to order. It is one of the better steak sandwiches I have had. It can get crowded during lunch so service can suffer, but the food is always good. I suggest sitting in one of the booths because the tables are high, making for a less comfortable stool. If your on the westbank and want a good meal in a laid back atmosphere, Roundhouse should be added to your list.

Food: 2/5 Atmosphere: 3.5/5Service: 3.5/5I kind of am obligated to come here a few times a year and while I don't really care for the food all that much the service and atmosphere are pretty good. Inexpensive food too as I usually spend about $25 for 3 courses and a drink. The semicircular bar is in the middle of the restaurant. There are booths and tables around the bar. The ambiance is nice if you like minimalistic decor. Decent amount of TV's provide almost everyone a good view of those cherished sports games.Props to Charlie! He is a wonderful server. Very personable and attentive.

The service was bad. The food was nasty. When my waiter came to the table he did not say good morning or nothing he just gave me my menu and he looked mad. When my food came out the chicken was raw. When I told him he did not say nothing he just took the plate. Please do not come here it is soo bad don't waste your money.

Bad food and service. Some of the worst food ever in New Orleans. Waitress wasn't nice either. Bad experience overall.
