Omg this place was a true hidden gem!!! I loved the esthetics and Ambiance of the Cafe for sure felt like I was in a mini little cafe in Greece!!! The Food was prompt and so flavorful and a great amount considering it was lunch!!! The staff service was superb they were very attentive to their guests!!!

Wish I should have gone here sooner! Everything here was good and on point! I'm definitely coming here again! Here's what I ordered:1. Lamb Shank with tomatoes, garlic, and mint sauce with a side of rice, hummus, and salad.2. Shawarma Feast Pizza: Fresh veggies, chicken Shawarma, and gyro with tzatziki sauce.3. Ugh, I hate doing a 2 star or less review and especially to a place I have patronized often! There's competition for my 5 dollar--oops now $20-$25 lunch meal and if I have a bad experience I can go elsewhere---and in the case of this establishment there are plenty of similar type food places as theirs within a short drive--I count 4 other competitors and if you include the gas station there's 5--and right now and in the near future I will go to those 5 before I return here. Why? I just did not enjoy my experience today as I felt the manager/owner was rushing us to order and wanting us to order quickly ---and at that time there were at least 2 open tables. If memory serves me right this location has 9, maybe 10 tables indoors and seating outdoor---so 2 open tables plus outdoor seat does not mean they were at capacity. Anyway, that's how I felt so for the foreseeable future I will take a sabbatical from this location and choose a nearby competitor when I want this type food. But I will return in 3-4-5 months as the food is pretty good but just as Yelp has one focused on food, service and ambiance, I factor food, service and ambiance amongst what I considered in determining where I choose to dine. Ambiance fell short today.

Fried cheese was out of this world!! Absolutely delicious!! Def one of my top Greek restaurants now! Also feta salad was so good!

First time there and was treated amazingly well. Prompt attention and order taken right after seated. Food was great and friendly service. Will definitely go back. Very quaint and homey restaurant and made me feel at home.

You really can't go wrong here! The food is always fresh and delicious and they have the nicest, most attentive severs!

Had the chicken gyro pizza last time. Saw someone eating the red fish and tried it this time, sooo delicious! And the puffy pita bread they serve at the table with the oil and spice is fantastic!

I love Romans! They have the best hummus and Chicken Shawarma in town by far. There is something creamy and tangy about it that I like more than other hummuses. It's a great spot for a vegan dish as well because they have falaffel and grape leaves without meat. The bread they serve with the hummus is to die for; better than any bread I've been given with hummus by far! The staff are always so kind and attentive there, and I've brought so many friends there that agree it's the best!

It was my first visit to the Roman Cafe and I highly recommend it.The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming and the service is prompt and efficient. I had the chicken shawarma bowl in which the chicken is placed on top of grilled veggies including zucchini, red and green bell peppers, onion, and even a couple of smallish new potatoes. There's a dollop of a sauce, the name of which I forget, but it was similar to tzatziki sauce.It appears every customer is given a complimentary warm pita, with a small container of flavored olive oil. Delicious! Comfort food without the nutritional bombshell!
