Money orders are $0.99, so cheaper than the post office, however, you have to use your debit card and PIN number. As you would expect, Robert's is a bit overpriced on everything, especially the hot bar, however, I do love their hot bar.

Great place to grab a few groceries!Prices are higher then a bigger grocery but they are convenient and fast and friendly.The only thing I would Not recommend is the meat - not good

I don't visit Robert Market often but I found myself there today, 12/15. They were sampling wine and some fine spirits. They had the Grinch and the Coca Cola Christmas bears. It was a really nice time. I had a few samples and took advantage of some in-store specials. Well done Robert!!I'll be back soon.

Wow. That is the best word to use when describing the store. Not only is it a great sized grocery store for uptown but it's also stocked with the best local things. The organization of the isles makes me happy. Staff was kind, welcoming and even made small talk. The homemade dips are my fav!

This place should be SHUT DOWN. I have contacted the health department and begged them to do an inspection. I went today and most of the prepared food had MOLD growing all of over it. Expired and rusted canned goods are being sold. Purchasing food here could cause you serious illness. I will not return and I will ensure none of my friends or family do either.

I go here VERY often! For a smaller to midsized store, I like their selection & quality. The people are usually very friendly. It's close, and prices are pretty darn good. Why go to a giant store way across town for slow lines and traffic issues getting home. Ugh!!

The store is very nice, but the aisles are always full of merchandise carts and suppliers. The people are lovely. I love the sushi and the salads, but the soups are really thin and not very flavorful. For example, the split pea soup and I am a lover of "real" pea soup, but this split pea soup is limp, very thin and not full of any type of flavor. It seems like it is full of collard leaves and other debris. Please, if you are going to serve split pea soup, do it right! Full of real peas, cream, carrots, onions, ham and potatoes. It should be thick and crazy full of flavor from a simmering ham bone broth to the finished goodness. If you cannot afford to do it right, then Do Not Bother. If you need help, let me know.

They are very polite there and have great sales on shrimp!! They are in a very convenient location, and the store is very bright and clean.

The last two times I got packaged entrées they were not good. Shrimp creole was like they got a can of Campbell's tomato soup and tossed in a few shrimp and poured it over a big serving of rice. It was truly inedible. I was really hungry so I decided to try again tonight and got crawfish etouffee. It was 90%rice and I counted 12 crawfish. It did taste good but there wasn't enough sauce for most of the rice. Adding to my dissatisfaction was the price of almost $9 for each. I used to get meals there all the time but it's just too expensive to be satisfied with food that's mediocre at best. I do grocery shopping there and although their prices are high it's convenient and I can usually get just what I need.

Allison, chef at Robert's is so nice and accommodating. When I'm in town, I always go home with many fried catfish pieces! Love the service and food and staff. Always friendly. I also got a shrimp poboy and as usual it was outstanding! Thank you Chef Allison.
