Ok, my fellow Purple Knights were raving about this place so I decided to pay them a visit on my way to the barn in New Orleans East. When u walk in the place is Clean and organized! I could not believe ALL the different flavas, yes that's what I said! Too many to text.The young man who works there is a very intelligent young brother from Cali. Well mannered, knowledgeable, and well spoken. I wish him great blessings as he journeys to LSU. Folks, support this black owned business, the product, professionalism, and service was well appreciated.

One would think that protein shakes are nasty but when I tasted these shakes, they were like music to my taste buds. It has been months since I've tried my first and only drink and I have been craving more. The service is great, the owner is helpful and inspiring. This place really wants you to be your best self.

Great Experience and the new blast off loaded tea that was recommended by the barista was delicious. I will definitely be back again. I'm full of energy now.

The owners are very nice and helpful with menu choices. This is a place to get healthy drinks if you are watching calories and sugar intake. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the drinks were. I tried a tea and shake.

The shakes here are amazing!!! It's a plus to have staff that's knowledgeable on nutrition and health. I was lucky enough to stumble up on a pop up shop there that had protein donuts.

A Tea & a Shake held me all day! My go to is the Mermaid Tea & Cinnamon Toast Crunch Shake (no toppings). It's all the protein & fullness in a meal. I stop here after the gym or on my way to work or when I just need a quick snack! The staff is always friendly & eager to help you decide. The store is always clean & plays good music. There's more than enough room to sit & chill for a while or do some work at a table. Lots of parking & easy to find, right off Read! Let's not leave out the fact that it's a black owned business!!
