Won't visit this restaurant until the cook get lessons and the staff check their attitudes. It's been awhile since I visited this restaurant. Before the food and staff was amazing. How the food is absolutely HORRIBLE. The meatballs and spaghetti tasted gross. The meatballs were over processed. And I don't know what the hack was in those green beans. I have never tasted nothing this horrible ever before. They have definitely lost me.

Great roast beef poboy! Great flavor and no fat on it! Probably the best that I've had in the city and definitely will be back.

Love this place! Been coming here about once a for years. Always friendly faces and food cooked proper. Can't go wrong with the Ferdi or a shrimp poboy. Regulars come in weekly and fill up the big share tables by the coolers, others on their lunch break sit by the smaller tables by the front. It's a real community feel. Victoria does a great job with the daily specials. Had a BBQ beef sandwich & bag of chip for 7 bucks last week.. place is a real gem.

Been coming here since the mid 90's. Great roast beef poboy. Love the sesame seed bread. Prices have gotten a bit high but everywhere has.

Your average Cajun hole in the wall. Decent tasting lunch specials and other meals, larger than average portions at a decent price. The staff is super welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The inside was clean as well which is a plus during these times. Nothing special about the place but also nothing bad that stands out. I wouldn't travel far distances to come here but if you are in the area and looking for a typical Cajun lunch special with decent portions, come give it a shot!

This place is ok. It's a like in hole the wall place. Looks like a neighborhood convienience store. Food is alright; a bit pricey for what they serve.We order a 12 inch shrimp poboy and large cheese fries to split. The cook behind the counter was nice enough to serve the poboys on seperate plates. The cheese fries was a very big portion. We only ate a third of that. My boyfriend didnt like that the poboy was served on sesame covered french bread. I didnt mind it too much. The shrimp were nice sized but this was definitely NOT overstuffed. The lettuce and tomato were shredded and diced and sparce. It just really wasnt anything worth bragging about. It was just... ok. We left out of there full but not satisfied. We contemplated on what better options we had with the money we just wasted on this place. We couldve split a kobe beef burger at cheesecake factory for probably the same price. Im not even crazy for cheesecake factory's atmosphere.Well, lesson learned. Always gonna be hit or miss when trying new places. I always have high hopes for small mom and pop businesses but for the most part this was somewhat of a let down.

This was the first time I've been in here, and the service was amazing. The woman who helped me was so nice. The shop was clean and well organized. I ordered a large shrimp PoBoy, and it was the best one I've had so far. I will be back for the shrimp plater, and the beef sandwich that was recommended to me.

Great po-boys, generally speaking, but I'm feeling like something a little different today! I think I'm going to have to go for a muffaletta. Now if I'm planning on making a few meals out of it, I'd get the whole muffaletta, but in the course of one day a half a muffaletta will be perfect... that's it!! Thanks Quick-Chek!

We stumbled on this place a few years ago when we were in New Orleans for a doctors appointment and we go back every time now. Hands down the best roast po-boy I have ever had, the meat was tender and the seasoning was perfect! This place is no frills but they do sandwiches right and the bread is delicious! We will be back in a few months!

Good food, good service, reasonable prices, and family friendly atmosphere. I got a fried oyster on white toast. The oysters were great and fried to perfection. The bread was toasted just right.
