Best burgers and Last Call cocktail - great pregame before hitting Frenchman's street for some musical entertainment for the evening. We were recommended to try them out by some locals. Great service, food, drinks and ambiance!

Best Burger in NOLA hands down Never had a bad meal The drinks are equally refreshing and on point

Good burger. Potato not so much.Our burgers were cooked as ordered - large thick patties, cooked medium rare. The condiments were on the side as requested. The raw onion slice was much too thick. Ginormously thick slice caused the burger to slide out of the bun. We saved out meal using a fork. But our preference when eating hamburgers is having the meat between a bun. The baked potato is just too large. This place thrives on this idiosyncrasy. But we much prefer crisp french fries or onion rings. Unfortunately, there are no substitutes offered. A huge potato is all they offer. Not our favorite burger joint in NOLA. Just ok is not even close.

Coming to this restaurant after any Mardi Gras parade will leave you with a bit of a wait. After being told there would be a 90 minute wait though, we were sat after only 30-- a pleasant surprise. The burgers were huge, bun melting off of it, but with unmelted cheese. It was great late night food. It was the classic 80s dive/ tropical ambiance, dark and moody inside. Service was quick too!

Best burger in Nola!!! Get down here and try this. I bet your will not go home hungry

Classic burger joint in New Orleans! No fries here - only outstanding baked potatoes with all the stuffings available. Great drink menu, but be careful; they are very strong! I sat at the bar, and the bartenders were very attentive. I have sat at tables many times there before, and the weight staff does what they're supposed to do. I wanted a good time so it wasn't too packed. The place has a funky vibe, and if you go during rush-hour, people will be packed in like sardines.

The place is a gem! Great burgers! It comes with baked potatoes and those are awesome too. The burgers came out fast the server is super sweet. The host left a little something to be desired this time. He made up for it with quick drinks. Decked out with a nautical theme

Stopped here during Super Bowl weekend and the place was packed, as I suspected it would be. I had not been here in over 20 years, yet nothing seemed to have changed which is a good thing. Very dark atmosphere with a sort of tiki vibe. Very simple menu, with a burger being the obvious choice here. My mushroom cheese burger was perfectly cooked, but seemed under seasoned and did not have the wow factor that I remember from the past. The baked potato was a standard baked potato, but cooked perfectly. I would definitely recommend this place as it is a New Orleans staple and the drinks alone are worth stopping by for.

Listen... if you're in town and looking for a whole in the wall with strong a$$ drinks and absolutely delicious burgers and wait not fries but loaded baked potatoes.. then go to Port Of Call. Thank God my hotel was in walking distance. Every time I'm in town I go to this place and it never disappoints. Great customer service as well!Oh... and they also serve steaks too!
