Porky's Boudin and Cajun Meats

Amazing food ! A MUST stop ! The lobing, kind and friendly customer service is a plus !

The food was really good. We got the boudin po boy and boudin Quesadilla. They were both huge! We got the meals with the French fries. The space is small so we got it to go. The daily special was popular and people were waiting but we got ours fast.

Wowsie! One of da best hot cracklins' evvver!!!! This is a Fried, seasoned, hot, juicy, chewy, meaty, scrumptiously fatty where needed piece of heaven - all in one! Located conveniently off of I-12.. clean and friendly establishment offering hot food along w/prepackaged frozen packaged meats to go.

The boudin balls are a solid "10", love the boudin quesadilla. I think they sell "Mexican coke" as well. The meat and crawfish pies are awesome

I ate here back in March of 2022 and loved it. I had the rib eye poor boy and it really hit the spot. But I talked to a local there and he was buying meat to grill at home. He couldn't talk enough about it and how good it was. But I was on my Harley on my way back to California so I couldn't take anything to go. Anyway everyone besides myself thought the food was amazing. Now the store itself was small and on the side of a gas station. But worth the stop.

I found this place completely by accident and have been stopping in every single time I pass by. On the south west corner of Exit 22 on Interstate 12, it shares the north side of the truck stop building and has plenty of parking outside of the primary fueling area. I wandered in looking for a snack months ago Kanu to find perhaps the best pork cracklins I have ever eaten. Meaty, warm, fatty and absolutely fantastic seasoning. It's spicy but not too spicy, salty and perfectly Cajun. You buy it by the pound and I'll bet you can't eat just one. There is a small deli area, and a few drink selections, though there is a house made lemonade that is delicious. A cooler and freezer contain various sausages, boudin, stuffed chops and other specialty meats.If you like pork rinds, which are much different than cracklins, there are various flavors and size of these as well. I have enjoyed a half pound of cracklins each time I have passed by on the way to Baton Rouge. I can't help it. It's that good.

Convenient and delicious hot huge pepper jack boudin balls and huge egg rolls. Great meat pies and regular boudin and boudin balls. Even in freezer section to bring and cook at home.

After reading about Porky's having the best cracklings in Livingston Parish I decided to try them. If you want chicken nuggets with skin on them then you will be very satisfied. they are great. However if you think you are buying just the skins then you will be disappointed. I think it is a little deceiving to sell chicken for 17.99 a pound when you think you are just getting the light chicken skins. Also the pork cracklings for me had too much fat and meat on them and if you didn't eat them right away the became chewy. However, with that being said, the owner did give me a refund when I voiced my opinion. I do not like to complain, and I rarely do, but in this situation I found it necessary. The service I recieved was great and I do recommend that you don't take my word but give them a chance and make your own opinion.

Stopped by on our road trip and the food was amazing. The lady at the counter was super friendly and let us try some cracklins since we have never had them before. Definitely stopping by on my drive back

Looks just like the pictures. Fast service and tasty Cajun food. Tried other spots and nothing compared to here. I never had Cracklin's that were crispy on the outside and fatty on the inside. Meat pies and Boudin Balls were my fave.
