Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

EDITED***Today 11-12-23 5:30pm SundayI had a very terrible experience. Food not fresh. Major attitudes . Maybe they had a bad day? Bad customers? But I am always super nice to them. But today? Every thing from driving up to the window, and telling me there were NO apple pies, I said, I would wait. I had already ordered with the app and paid for it and used 500 of my reward points. So instead of 2 apple pies, they refused to cook, they said a strawberry biscuit to replace. Well, they ONLY gave me one, and it looked like it sat there all day and was the last one. Two chicken sandwiches buns smashed crooked like it was slapped together or dropped? The actual chicken was not fresh and very dark greasy like and broken in pieces in several places. The red beans were DRY. No juice on it. Anyways, I really wished I never ordered at all. Please ladies, please do better. We the customers are YOUR PAYCHECKS. The ONLY reason the business exists, is because of CUSTOMERS. I know we all have bad days, but NEVER take it out on the customers. Especially when the customer was NICE even when you had an attitude.

My boyfriend and I decided to go to this Popeyes for dinner. We pull up to the window and the lady was very rude and wasn't understanding what we were saying, even though it was clear what we said. While we were ordering she finished our order while we were trying to talk and got mad at us for trying to continue to order. Then while we proceeded with the rest of our order the people in the background were talking about how we couldn't make up our minds. We get to the window and check our bag and half of our order is missing. While we wait for her to come back to the window, she got gave an attitude again about how we weren't missing anything, she just didn't ring in the food from not listening to us. To come to conclusion would not recommend to somebody if you're trying to have a good day!

Chicken was fresh and hot! The employees was nice! My family loves this Popeyes. Highly recommend!

5 people waiting in line to order in house when we came in. 3+ waiting for orders already taken. waited for 15 minutes like this with the worker never taking any orders. she was filling all drive through orders though. I asked why she wasn't taking in house orders. she ignored me and walked away. I asked several times for a manager. manager came, I explained what I asked and her behavior, and all she said was that was alone working the front and walked away. that's it. no explanation. I wouldn't go back here not because of untimely service but because of the rude worker and the manager justifying it.

We went get Popeyes for dinner. We got home and the rice dressing was green and so we found out the rice dressing was old. The chicken was also very bad and tasted horrible. We learned that they change the grease every Wednesday and we ate it on Monday so we were eating chicken that was fried in week old grease. We also tried to order all legs and thighs and they told us we can not have have all legs and thighs whenever my Mexican girlfriend ordered it. They were very rude and the staff was terrible and wasn't doing shit. They were being racist and were just too lazy to make more chicken. And there's no point of complaining because the manager ain't worth a fuck either. So they need to clean that bitch up and hire new staff and stop calling themselves a Popeyes because that is the saddest excuse for a business that I've ever seen. It's an insult to the Popeyes industry. I will never go back or even drive in front of this place again. They need to replace the staff from the manager down to the janitor or close down the business.

Never had a problem with the food. But they rush you ordering your food and you never get your sause. Even if they ask when ordering, they never give it to you. It'll be clearly on the receipt and you get home and have no sause. It's petty, but also very annoying
